Relationship Note on Cesare
I cannot thank Whisper Cesare enough for helping with my lines for the Assembly of Peers. I am not a natural orator outside of drills and military assemblies, and his kind guidance allowed me to have the confidence I needed to present before the Assembly.
Whisper House carries on the finest traditions of Civilizations, and I am grateful for Whisper Cesare helping to see they are carried forward through service to the Crown.

We come and we go,
And through the bar we flow.
So pour the drinks and smile;
We'll sit here for awhile.
And when we're done, we'll leave.
But that's no cause to grieve.
For back again we'll come and go.
We might get drunk, we might fall down
But we'll rise again and go to town;

Relationship Note on Cesare
Softest Whisper Cesare has found his place. When he came to me, I put certain demands before him, that he show himself worthy of being named Softest. He has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am thrilled to have him. For fear of sounding an old crone, he reminds me of myself, not so long ago, when I was named Softest. I was hungry and eager and ambitious then. Not that I do not have those traits now, mind, but there's something about the seat of the Radiant that lends its weight to you in every way. And I find that I am very content to watch my Whispers grow and thrive. Cesare is going to be a big part of that going forth, and that makes my heart swell with joy.

I have reason to be incredibly grateful to Cesare Whisper, several reasons even. He is a wonder of kindness. And imbued with cat-like reflexes. How lucky we all are to have him in the city.

Relationship Note on Cesare
My first true visit to Whisper House and I find myself greeted by the familiar strains of a song I had not heard for some time and in faraway Setarco. And then, the familiar face of Cesare Whisper, a man whose voice can evoke such emotion from his listeners as to leave them awash on a shore manifested of such poignant imagery. It was a pleasure to have some time to walk and talk of art, inspiration, and the search for that which drives those who create. I look forward to future visits.
