The Bard's College is a brilliant thing, I was stunned at the skill of the performers at the opening ceremony the other day. As far as I am concerned it is a true light in the city, something that brings joy, even the sad songs. I wish only the best to all of those who have taken on the task of creating such a fantastic place and congratulations on making it a reality. While there might be a great deal of building that needs doing, it is real and you did it.

A huge thank you to Margret and Cybele for lessons in medicine. While I doubt I could do the wonders I have seen them do in the field, I at least should be able to patch up those in the field with fair certainty of success should I need to.

I have a new horse compliments of Solace....what does one do with a war horse when one is not in war I wonder? And why does he seem intent on biting my clothing? It isn't like he doesn't get fed, I still need a good name for him though. I doubt Pain in my Behind is a good name.

I think I will need to find two things, a great rum supplier, and someone who can make this giant fur into something I can place in my rooms without it turning gross....er.

I wonder which sort of critter would just scream Cora? Something fierce? Or something big? Not that I can ride well, perhaps a horse? Or mayhap it is best I stay critterless? A question to ponder.

It is always interesting how life turns in strange ways. Every time I think I know how things are going to be, it ends up something completely different. Of course elephant sized wolves and armor clad homicidal groups make life interesting as well as strange. Nothing like that bit of excitement in your life.

I think Princess Agatha and I have devised the perfect form of warrior girl talk. Random fighting gossip and where to find the best weapons and armor. Or rather drool over the best weapons and armor. Best...Girltalk....EVER!
Plus her idea of the fighting ring is epic. I really hope that happens one day.

I made some new discoveries the past few weeks. First being that keeping busy is wonderful and also frustrating. It is wonderful in that you get to meet so many new people, and learn so many new things. It is frustrating in that it is hard to keep everything straight. It does keep the guards fit having to run across Arx after me though.
Second I learned that I love my House. The more I get to meet the people involved, the more I am so happy to be here. It is so different from Maelstrom and when I was growing up. I can be who I am, I can help!
Third is that I actually can enjoy learning! I just have to do it on my terms, who knew!
I wonder if Warlord Galen will teach me how to be a Warlord. Is there a Warlord training camp or something? My only fear is that I can't pull off that warstasch though. Plus I would look awfully strange with one.

It was entirely my pleasure to have met Princess Katarina, her desire to help others and her vision to do so is astounding. She is also working hard to help others and has her own project to do just that. Any help given would be very helpful. Sadly I am not nearly as eloquent as she.

Well I /could/ go for Billy or Scape but I don't think he would thank me for either. Particularly as if I named him Scape I would have to throw him at anyone I had an argument with. I could even yell "Goat attack! Scape-Goat I choose you!"
