Relationship Note on Mikani
It astounds me, the generosity that has been forthcoming from the city. Or the skill and care to which Lady Mikani seems to demonstrate. I am to rest more and delegate more where I can. So speak the midwives all in accordance and so I sought out help. Though she came in want of a position as minister and lacked what was needed, it was her knowledge in other things that found her no doubt a valuable asset.
She has proven such ten times over and leaves me breathless. Redreef has in her, a treasure beyond compare and one that has brought much with her to Thursday's Child in excess of her intimate knowledge in what these children go through daily in the less than kind houses.

I met a few people today, but one of them made me think more than the others. I have to applaud Lady Mikani Redreef's ventures. It sounds like she knows what she wants and is moving forward to get it.

She didn't believe me, when I told her we were going to be best friends. But she's coming around to it. This Islander gets me in a way that few others do: the sense of adventure, the joys of alcohol and bare knuckled brawling, and the weight of responsibility.
Now if I can just get her to drink wine instead of rum...

I found my match indeed in this brunt and whimsical person. Life is to be savored and enjoyed with friends and loved ones in conversation, food, and fun. Even if that fun is tossing each other around a Training grounds to see who is the better wrestler.

Not sure. She seems nice, and likes to learn, but I think she can get carried away when it comes to 'fascinating' subjects. Or, perhaps I'm just wishing that topics would be much simpler in recent times.

A very open, honest and blunt woman. With a similar history as my own, we are well on the way to becoming fast friends and promising adventures. She has a flare for life that only rivals his own and she doesn't mind getting tossed around, though asking Max to do it is something, not many would do or could win against in a wrestling match. Looking to have a good drink with her anytime she is thirsty.
