Relationship Note on Joscelin
Mistress Joscelin Arterius was always someone who I felt like I could swiftly become friends with, but she's gained my respect, as well. She wears her emotions openly, but in a manner that's rather inspiring, and she's truly passionate in the things she believes in. I wasn't entirely convinced about her potential role as Guildmaster until I sat down and spoke with her at length about it in person - but now I don't think I could endorse anyone else. She has her head on straight and there's far more ingenuity in the things she does than people might notice at first glance, all the way down to the meticulously carved buttons on her clothing. On top of that, well, she's a great partner for spectating events and drinking. There's just something genuinely warm there.
I was graciously gifted a piece of jewelry from her shop and was admittedly stunned by how perfectly chosen it was. It spoke volumes about her ability as an artisan and it certainly placed the person who granted it to me in extra high regard as a result. I've similarly used her shop for a token gift for someone else and it was remarkable what she could do. Never doubt the effect an amazing piece of jewelry might have, eh?

Jeweler, very friendly. Doesn't hold her alcohol well at all. She is helpful if I have questions of her.

Relationship Note on Joscelin
I originally met Mistress Joscelin Arterius at the market day hosted by Lady Dawn. I remember her jewelry, although we barely crossed a word that day. It was very busy. More recently I had a chance to share a drink with her. I found her to be entertaining, and capable of some keen insights. She seems to be a fan of Acacia, which is rather cute, I must say. I'm curious to see how she presents herself in future meetings.

Relationship Note on Joscelin
Little did I imagine that I would find a friend in Joscelin Arterius. Of her skill and talent as a jeweler, what more need be said? I met her by chance during the Market Day Lady Dawn put on, where the Lady gifted me with the most wonderful silver combs crafted by Joscelin. Again, I received a gift, this time from the jeweler herself, in the form of a masterfully carved pewter bangle depicting lion heads. All because Joscelin claimed to have loved watching me in the melee! On a whim, I chose to visit her shop. We took to talking, and quickly fond kindred spirits in one another.

I am afraid I cannot grasp how she was wounded, but it appears that she has an infatuation with my cousin, Prince Gareth. I fear that the image she has of him does not square with my perception of reality, but it may be that in this instance my sight is flawed.
For those who may read that as some sort of indictment of my cousin, beware that you do not wag your tongues. It is not.
As for Joscelin, though, she seems to be good friends with both Ida and Acacia, and in my estimation this makes her quality folk, even if I fear that she may herself come off as rather flighty.

Hammar meet Joscelin after Hammar lose fight against Alrec. Hammar not know why she say hairy, Joscelin not hairy. Joscelin also good draw-er. She draw pictures and give Hammar. Hammar give Joscelin flower back.

Mistress Joscelin fashioned two pretty pieces of jewelry for Lady Dawn's Market Day. I greatly favored how intricate the earrings were, despite being carved of simple and common pewter. She was pleasant, with real character when I had the chance to speak with her, however briefly. I've heard nothing but high praise about her, and the fact Mistress Ida speaks so well to match only makes me want to get to know her more. I'm not exactly blessed to join them in their skills of metal-working artistry, so I hope she drinks whiskey. Always kinship to be found in that.

Hammar not meet Joscelin, but he see her at Lady Dawn craft show. Hammer lady Ida say that Joscelin friend. Hammar message Joscelin and say he want meet Ida friend. Hammar hope he meet Joscelin, she suppose to be at Hammar's fight in The Hollows, but busy. Hammar meet hairy lady later.

Mistress Joscelin Arterius is a fellow smith - very accomplished jeweler, to be more precise - and a fast friend from my early days here in Arx. She's helped me with some hairpin designs when my eyes just could not wrap around a delicate enough theme. She is maddeningly generous, sending me something of stunning beauty without a word - or taking my damn silver! I'm going to repay her kindness, in all seriousness; she's just as deserving for such things.
