After a discussion on how the simple knot hasn't done much evolving, a competition has been declared. For those skilled with ropes, there is the chance to win fame, glory and honor (plus prizes) for their inginuity and skills.

Three categories will be set up with prizes for each. Most useful, strongest and most creative knots will win a prize. Anyone willing to try should head down.
