Kit, the grey fox, 1 Telmarine Armsmen, a tiny man with a BIG unpronounceable name arrive, following Monique.

Kit, the grey fox have been dismissed.

a tiny man with a BIG unpronounceable name have been dismissed.

Ainsley is currently off in a corner talking with some servants, Planchet, and some other people who have come to help him do things. He's just finished setting up some tables with refreshments in it. Lavish, lavish food and drink.

The Prince then moves toward the fountain and its accented grooves, to wait for people to make their way in. So he can greet people was they come.

Coraline has joined the a sturdy redwood picnic table with bench seats.

Jeffeth has joined the a sturdy redwood picnic table with bench seats.

"The man looks at the Inquisitor and said, "Oh, the apples had nothing to do with it. I'm just a bad carriage driver --" Percephon delivers the punchline to the longest joke, ever, in an attempt to tease Khanne with the lengthy set-up. Leading her arm-in-arm, into the Grayson grounds for the evening of games. He's utterly deadpan, dark eyes glittering behind his lenses. "If you found that funny, my lady, you are much more patient than I ever imagined."

Lazy, strolling strides brings Venturo into the grounds, passing through the line to make greetings. A deep and respectful nod comes as he gets to Ainsley, the corners of his mouth curling up into a crooked smile, "The festivities are appreciated, Prince Ainsley. I'm Venturo Thayne, proprietor, brewer and story teller of the Raconteur, and looking forward to seeing the evening unfold." The man doesn't seek to hold up the line, stepping onwards after a few moments for any other introductions to be made, and then his focus sweeps about to the others that begin to gather.

Jeffeth has left the a sturdy redwood picnic table with bench seats.

Ainsley checked composure at difficulty 15, rolling 1 higher.

Coraline has left the a sturdy redwood picnic table with bench seats.

Lisebet arrives easily, by herself. Well, dropped off at the door more or less by the Farshaw house guard who accompanies her, and then left to fend sort of for herself, the guard retreating to a place of safety. so, Lisebet gets in the obvious line so she can pay her respects.

Khanne eyes Percephon as he delivers the punch line to the joke, that he began to tell way back in Halfshav House. She smirks, closing her eyes (perhaps so she does not roll them), then shakes her head gently with a soft chuckle. "I mean... I am rather patient...." She laughs and approaches Ainsley with Percephon at her side. "Prince Ainsley," the shaman says with a nod of her head to him. "I heard you were holding these games and had to of course come."

Islin comes swaggering onto the grounds with an easy sort of confidence and grace. Peering around curiously the dark haired lord steps into line to greet their host. When its his turn he smiles warmly and offers a low bow and graceful of respect. "Thank you for housting this evening Prince Ainsley, I am Lord Islin Harthall and its a pleasure to meet you." He smiles once more as he straightens himself back up, not holding up the line as he moves to find himself something to drink and a place to sit.

"Good evening, your Highness," the lanky Halfshav lord offers to Ainsley with a polite dip of his head, lips twitching into a thin half-smile. "As long as I am kept away from the darts - or, any other sharp objects, mind - I believe that I shall enjoy myself." Percephon's smile widens a touch more before he composes himself. "Of course. If only to watch from a comfortable distance."

Ainsley totally _doesn't_ give Percephon the stink-eye at the mention of apples, but he certainly does crane his head in that direction, like a hunting dog scenting prey. He blinks a moment and smiles brightly at Percephon and Khanne, saying, "Lady Khanne, Lord Percephon. Welcome!" But he pivots so he can smile toward Venturo as well, "Master Thayne, a pleasure to meet you! I do hope you enjoy them."

His hand lifts toward Islin in turn, as well. "Lord Islin, a pleasure to meet you. I do hope that you'll enjoy yourself tonight!"

A hand is waved and he clears his throat to speak to all, "If you would like to enter to win the steelsilk wraps, please give your writs to Planchet-" He points to his Valet, who just smiles on. "-and we'll give you a raffle ticket. Every writ equals one ticket!"

1 Saik Guard, Micana, Golden, an Oakhaven bloodhound, Gunther, a Rottweiler arrive, following Lucita.

Lumbering in slowly, freshly minted Knight Lieutenant Sir Jeffeth Bayweather approaches. The broad, bulky frame of the man instantly going into a deep bow as he enters towards Ainsley. "Your Highness." Straightening the large knight is then moving off to the side, making room for new entrants. He moves for one of the tables to take a quiet seat.

Felicia's among those who make their way into the Grayson grounds at an unhurried prowl, dipping her head to Ainsley when her turn comes up in the receiving line to offer a respectful,"Your highness." before heading over towards Planchett to turn in a few writs.

When it is her turn, Lisebet curtseys. "Thank you for hosting, your highness," Lisebet says with a smile. "I am glad to be able to attend and perhaps assist in any way I can."

Jeffeth has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Reese arrives at the party while wearing quite a bit of pink and toting around a bunch of weapons. She a smile of greeting for the many that she knows and seems to be a pleasant sort of mood. She waves over to Jeffeth and then to Felicia.

It is, of course, the drinks that Venturo heads towards. Not to drink mind you, but to inspect with a clear, gleeful interest. Each is peered over, before finally he spins about, those green eyes coming to fall squarely upon Lisebet. "Lady Farshaw! I haven't yet checked to see if they have hot chocolate," It's a far too innocent smile the man flashes her, a hand lifting to waggle fingers in greeting before he continues on with his inspection.

Sorrel bounces in brightly to the event, all smiles and good cheer. She heads over to purchase some raffle tickets, then looks around for someone to hang out with. Espying another Thrax princess, she heads jovially in Coraline's direction, all smiles.

Tabitha is small and light-footed, which allows her to slip into the grounds without a much attention drawn her way than might be given others. Dressed in a dress of lilac silk, she weaves carefully through the gathering, hands folded over her heart. Looking from side to side, her cobalt gaze seems to be seeking someone out.

Lucita slips into the area, then sighs as a messenger catches her and directs her back toward the entry murmuring something about 'meetings' 'overdue report' and such. Reluctantly she gives a little bye and heads back out

1 Saik Guard, Micana, Golden, an Oakhaven bloodhound, Gunther, a Rottweiler leave, following Lucita.

Hiding as best she can in amongst her guards, Cora arrives. Normally a party is the last place she would choose to be. So...many...people! But come she does, she even dressed up in her most severe black, yes it makes her look washed out, but she had to make the effort!

In her arms is a backsword of excellent quality and lovely design, clearly made for someone much larger than she. Seeing that formality is to greet the host she moves forward out of her nest of guards and gives a tremulous smile to the hosting prince. "A pleasure to be here." Before she gets out of the way and looks for someone. Seeing him and runs into Sorrel. Sword being held onto like a lifeline in the crowded place she stops forward progress to greet her party companion with a slightly less tremulous smile.

Ainsley lifts his hand toward Jeffeth, "Sir Bayweather." And then to Lisebet, "Lady Farshaw, thank you for the workers you sent over. And Dame Felicia, hallo." And then he's spotting Reese, and shifting over to wrap an arm around her shoulders and tug her in for a hug, leaning down to murmur in her ear briefly, before ruffling her hair like a TERRIBLE.

After he legs go he turns to greet Coraline next, "Aah, your highness." He guesses, "A pleasure to meet you, Ainsley Grayson." A lift of his fingers is given toward Sorrel.

Percephon has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Felicia dips her head and offers Reese a grin but it's towards Jeffeth and the whiskey barrel table to offer wryly,"Pity that the whiskey's already been drunk out of it, but I confess, this is my favorite table. I understand congratulations are in order, Knight-Lieutenant Bayweather?"

Felicia has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Khanne has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

@emit Reese leans into Ainsley's hug even as her golden locks are ruffled. They were already tangled up with lots of ribbons and are looking very messy now. She listens to his murmur and says something softly back.

Islin smiles as he manages to find himself a glass of wine. Then he is wandering over to Planchet, putting his name into the raffle in exchange for a modest number of writs. Dipping his head he wanders a bit between the tables sipping his wine as he goes.

"Prince Ainsley, always a pleasure," Sorrel says brightly to the host with a playful wink. She looks to Coraline. "You're Caith and Cassima's sister, yes? I'm Sorrel!"

If there are any stink eyes or rolling eyes, Percephon doesn't appear to notice them at all, but his smile curls higher at the edges with private delight. He paces along the length of the refreshment table - plucking up glasses of something that seems fizzy and peach-scented. He takes a sip, winces, and he takes another sip. "That ought to work." He takes the glasses toward a table that looks like a whiskey barrel, offering one to Khanne.

To Ainsley, Cora nods, "A pleasure to meet you. I am Coraline Thrax." Sorrel gets a nod as well, "I am indeed, but shhhh don't say the names, it might summon them." Looking around to make sure her beloved sisters don't appear, well Cass anyway. "Shall we join the whiskey like table? I have something to return to an occupant."

Reese hmmms. "I don't really want to win the gloves myself. Could I buy a ticket for everyone here who is not us?" She says to Ainsley.

Sorrel has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

"My pleasure," Lisebet replies to Ainsley and then she steps aside so as not to hold the line up. She moves over to chat with Planchet briefly, handing over a few writs, and then she heads for the tables, pausing to look them over curiously. Sorrel gets a grin, for sure, when Lisebet spies her sister in law. She also nods to Islin as she ends up just about behind him to speak to PLanchet.

Coraline has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Ainsley gives Reese a second little squeeze before letting her go. A smile is given to those gathered, and he moves toward one of the tables. Picking up a small display and saying to all in general, "I have four games planned for us tonight! There will be three winners for each game. Winners will be able to pick from prizes out of these collected here, given to us by the Crafters Guild!" It's opened so everyone has a chance to take a look at the prizes.

To Reese he nods a little bit and says, "Yes, of course."

Khanne mingles a little, stopping to say hello to Venturo. "Master Brewer. Good to see you here. Will you be playing the games? Did you bring some of your delicious brews?" She smiles at him, taking one of the glasses Percephon offers to her on his way to the table. "I'll be right there," she says to him before taking a sip from the glass.

Ainsley drops a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

His inspection done, Venturo turns just in time to find one Lady Halfshav in front of him, a quirk upwards of a brow given. "I did not. It always seems to be in poor taste to bring ones own wares uninvited when drinks are provided, yes?" That smile blossoms wider, a twinkle of mischief there, "I do not think there will be games for me tonight. After all," In he leans, all abit closer, to offer a conspiratorial whisper that isn't quiet at all, "Lady Luck would surely make it an unfair advantage in my favor, yes? But I digress, don't let me keep you."

Reese looks toward the chest with curious interest, studying the items and looking impressed.

Monique arrives quietly, a smile on her lips for those she recognizes and a curtsey for her host, though she doesn't approach close enough to interrupt Ainsley's speech.

Ainsley has finished speechifying, mostly. Though he turns toward Monique and smiles at her. His hands lift in her direction and he says, "Lady Telmarch, a pleasure to see you!" He grins at her.

Reese has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

There's a wriggle of fingers, waving toward Monique in greeting, "Cousin-mine." Percephon calls out so sincerely, smile vague but his gaze is mirthful.

Khanne grins at Venturo and chuckles. "I did not know if you brought something as a prize.. or.. well.. now I've just put my foot in it." She grins and bites her lip. "Though, you've made a fair point. Lady Luck would certainly give you the advantage over all of us." She dips her head to him with a grin, murmuring to him before turning her attention more fully to the table.

Since he lives and carries out his duties not too far from these Grounds, it's not a surprise to see Jordan making an appearance. He casts a glance around, before spotting Ainsley. After, he heads over to speak with the Prince, bowing towards the man. "Your Highness."

Islin stealthy moves closer and peeks into the chest with a look of curiousity. His eyes widen in delight. "Its like a treasure chest." He declares with a grin. "Time to work for some treasures." He takes a sip of his wine and eyes those around him curiously.

After a long moment, Venturo lets out a warm bit of laughter, "Sounds like far too much commitment and stress to me, Lady Halfshav," comes the quip back to the shaman, before his head dips into a warm nod of the woman. "Enjoy your games," And on he goes, all to spy another of the new arrivals, "Lady Monique! You," Up a hand lifts, waggling a finger at her as he strolls onwards, though that bright baritone is ever so playful, "owe me a book. Still. Truly, at this rate, I'll just have to get a blank one and put my own drawings in it, and I promise you wouldn't want that."

Tabitha sighs and stops looking around her surroundings, then with a faint sigh goes over to the buffet table. Soon she's carrying a small plate in her hand, bearing some small and fancy looking strawberry tart and a fork to eat it with. With a distracted air and a customarily melancholic expression on her face, she stabs the poor pastry with idle pokes. When she next looks up from the plate, however, Tabitha notices a person she has met once before; Lisebet. With a nod of her head in greeting, she moves over to the Farshaw lady, and gives a slight dip of her heels. "My Lady," she says, "How good to see you."

A messenger comes rushing in delivering a note to Islin that has him frowning and eyeing the box of treasuring longingly. But he makes his excuses and moves to depart all the same.

Over at the whiskey barrel table the huge Knight is standing up and clearing his throat. Coraline stands in front of him, holding out a sheathed blade and soon Jeffeth is raising his voice to be heard over just his little table. "Pardon the interruption. Everyone. This will only take a moment." Deep voice not quite booming, but it definitely carries. "Princess Coraline Thrax is now my Squire in the ranks of the Silver Order. I intend to get her the best training possible and make sure she is an exemplary member of the Knights of Solace." Pulling a blade sheathed at his hip he smiles down at Coraline.

"She ran off with my sword yesterday. But you can't train with the blade without having a good one. So Your Highness, Squire.." Mm. "Your Squireness, I give you your first blade of this journey. It may not be the best you ever wield. But it looks nice, and it will get the job done. May you do us all proud." And with that Jeffeth is handing over the slender longsword he holds by the sheath in one hand, reclaiming his own with the other.

"Alright, back to the games and what not then. Sorry for the interruption!"

Lisebet nods to Islin. "I am Lisebet Farshaw," she says, given the chance. And that of course is there for anyone else who might not recognize the diminutive Farshaw Lady. As Islin's messenger comes in, Lisebet clears the path.

Monique lofts a blown kiss in Percephon's direction in return, but it's Venturo that gets her attention with his bold claim. "I do?" she choruses back, smile broad. "I'm not entirely certain I don't want to see what your drawing looks like," the Minx of the Marches teases the brewer.

Ainsley smiles toward Jordan and says, "Sir Ober! It is good to see you." He gives a little dip of his chin to the Ashford Knight. He grins a little bit and says, "Are you well? Do you think I should give them a bit more time to mingle before starting the games? Think we should do the apple toss or the three legged race first?"

Jeffeth wields a dark rubicund backsword chased with golden gilt.

Coraline wields a slender ember-hued rubicund longsword.

"Congratulations, your highness." Felicia offers to Caroline with a broad grin, half an ear out for Ainsley's words where she lingers at the whiskey barrel table.

"You do!" Comes the brewer's voice with certainty, his green eyes going momentarily wide as Venturo comes to a stop near Monique. It's her latter thought that has a considering, puzzling look, one eye squinting, before he finally concludes, "Well, I /am/ an artist. I'm certain if I gave you enough to drink, my drawings would look very good." It's a brief dip in, a few whispered words.

"Team exercises are always good, Your Highness. I say three-legged race," Jordan grins at Ainsley, happy with those festivities. He leans in to murmur a question to the Prince, tapping his chin. "Although apple toss can be pretty damn nice, too."

Inquisitor Jonathen, 6 Veteran Confessors, a fire salamander arrive, following Laric.

Onto the grounds comes Arion, his long crimson hair flowing behind him as he approches the gathering with a gentle spring to his step. A pause at the entrance has him looking around at the crowds a bit bashfully. He looks a touch nervous running a hand through that silky looking hair to fix it and smiling shyly to the host as he bows low in a gesture of polite respect. "Hello and thank you for hosting. It looks like it will be a fun evening. I'm Arion Harrow by the way, an alchemist and perfume maker." He smiles softly and then slips through the crowds looking around for familiar faces.

The line has been dismissed by Ainsley.

2 Bisland Guards arrives, following Gabriel.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Venturo before departing.

Ainsley smiles toward Jordan and says, "Lets go with the three legged race, first, I think. You should compete! It'll be fun." He turns to the gathering to call out, "For our first game I'd like to do a game of unity! A three legged race." He points to the far end of the grounds, "You must race, with one of your legs tied to your partners, to the fountain." He points to said fountain, "The first three pairs to touch the fountain will be our winners."

Tabitha turns her head at the announcement from Jeffeth, eyebrows quirking up curiously. Then she hands her plate and fork to a servant so as to applaud gently, a faraway smile on her face. Then as soon as that's done she makes sure she gets her cake back, lest it vanish into the crowd.

Jordan smiles at Ainsley, nodding to the Prince's words before scanning the crowd -- he finds Felicia. With a grin to the King's Own knight, he approaches her and asks, "Be my pair in the race?"

Lisebet smiles as Tabitha arrives near her now. That gets a smile. "Mistress Tabitha, good to see you again," she greets with a smile. "Are you taking part in the games this evening? I am not certain if I am or not, but I thought this sounded a little more adventurous than other options for entertainment this evening."

Reese has a mug of mead and is perched at the whiskey table. She takes a sip from such and seems to be in a relaxing sort of mood right now. It is a bit odd for the normally tense princess.

Felicia raises a hand Arion's way with a grin, glancing Percephon's way as she drawls,"I've got a feeling someone's going to say you kneed to stop with that, but perhaps you should just foot the bill for anyone injured by quips." she offers with a laugh.

As he hears the announcement Arion tilts his head and peers around. Spotting Felicia he wanders over that way and smiles softly at her. "Hello sister." He greets with a quirk of his lips. "Would you like to race? I think I would like to try it.." But Jordan has already asked her it seems and he peers up at the man with a bashful smile. "My apologies. You asked first. And he backs away."

Khanne has joined the line.

Reese over to Arion, as he starts to back away from Felicia. "Oh, I will raise with you Master Arion, if you wish." She says in his direction.

Felicia chuckles belatedly at Jordan and Arion both, reaching out to clasp Arion's shoulder briefly,"Well, there you go. I'll go with Sir Ober, and you can race with her highness?" she suggests,"Ladies and gentlemen, my younger brother, Arion." she offers by way of introduction, emerald eyes twinkling.

Signe arrives to the festivites and heads straight for serving trays hosting all sorts of different type of food and drinks. Both hands are soon given purpose with a full glass in one then some finger foods in the other.

Jeffeth has joined the line.

Felicia has joined the line.

Arion smiles warmly at Reese and nods to her. "Thank you Princess Reese. That is very kind of you. I'll try not to embaress you." He blushes a little and smiles softly. Once Reese is ready he will head over to the starting line with her to get ready. "How have you been of late Your Highness?" He asks softly studying her with a gentle look.

Cheryl the Assistant Innkeeper, Scourge, a hairless rat-dog arrive, following Mae.

Tabitha smiles sweetly as Lisebet, the expression warming up what had previously been a bit of a gloomy look. With a small shake of her head, she laughs lightly at Lisebet's question, "Oh no, I don't think I could. It would be just my luck to get knocked over and break an arm, or something of the like." She nips a bit of strawberry tart crust onto the end of her fork, then raises a speculative eyebrow, "Why, my lady? Would you like to?" She pops the pastry into hr mouth and chews slowly and thoughtfully.

Arion has joined the line.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Jeffeth before departing.

Reese rises to her slippered feet, setting her mug of mead aside. She gets into the line along with Arion. "Oh, you won't embaress me anymore than I will myself, that is." She says in his direction. "I have been pretty good. I saw your shop and bought some of your scents." She adds in his direction.

Wandering onto the grounds is Mae, along with her little ratdog. Despite the time of year, Mae's still wrapped up in her near-black cloak, and wearing black beneath it. Perpetually cold, this Mae!

"Maybe not the three legged race," Lisebet decides, with a grin at Tabitha. "I am sure to fall over, as I am not at all that coordinated on my own two feet, never mind tied to someone else. So if you feel the same, it is sure to be a bad idea. I expect it would be rather comical, mind you, but perhaps not good for either of us." She leaves it there, looking over at the crowd, and those lining up at the start. "I wonder who it would be good to bet on, what do you think?"

Metzger, a great grey shrike arrives, following Dominique.

3 Grayson Guardsmen, Philip, an overworked assistant, Crown Observer Barcus, Dominique arrive, following Calarian.

Khanne gets up from the table and takes Percephon's hand. "Shall we?" she asks, making to head towards the start of the race. "So, I guess we tie our legs together?"

"Alright!" Calls Ainsley, moving to stand by the "starting" line of the race. He's got several long ribbons, all in Grayson colors, to hand out to the pairs. "Shall we then? And if anyone wants to race but doesn't have a partner yet, I'd be happy to try." He smiles a little bit there.

Tabitha giggles girlishly at Lisebet's observations, so perhapsthey have done some good in improving her mood. ."Hmmm. Possibly the more nimble-seeming competitors. Maybe Princess Reese and Master Arion? If Ser Jeffeth gets a partner nearer this own size, then maybe him. It might be awkward otherwise. Although I suppose if it's someone smaller than him, he could drag them along..." When Khanne extends her hand to Percephon, she turns her eyes at that, signalling for Lisebet to look.

"Seems like that's the method, yes." So, Percephon volunteers to be the one that ties his left leg to Khanne's right leg - using a few no-nonsense ties and knots to scecure the ribbons into place.

Arion smiles encouragingly to Reese. "Well who knows, maybe if we both try our best we will win?" He smiles brightly and nods his expression turning delighted and a touch playful as she mentions having visited his shop. "Oh? So your are at least part of the reason I desperately need to restock?" He teases her in a lighthearted manner. "Well I hope you liked them. I think I sold out of the pink rose scented one before you arrived though. But you are always welcome to visit again when you need more scents."

Signe wanders to join the crowd gathering along the edge of the strech for the race's path. "What's this? Three-legged race?" Familiar faces among the attending are recognized in some manner with either by the wave of her glass, a nod of her head or a smile. When partners start to pair up the young shaman glances around, "Oh I need a partner! Who wants me?!"

It's better to be late than to never show up. Dominique steps onto the ground with her arms wrapped about Calarian's. Glancing about, she purses her lips looking about for any familiar faces as she leans in against the prince, muttering something softly.

Jordan has joined the line.

Inquisitor Jonathen, 6 Veteran Confessors, a fire salamander leave, following Laric.

Ainsley smiles toward Signe and says, "I'll be your partner, my lady? Shall we?" He gestures toward her.

Reese looks over to Mae, having a smile of greeting for her. She is standing in line for the three-legged race. She looks over to Khanne at her words. "Oh, I guess we do" She then reaches for a ribbons and gets to work trying her right ankle to Arion's left, ankle. "A pink rose scent, nice. I will have to come back." She says. She then has a smile for Dominique, Calarian and Signe as they arrive.

Jeffeth is motioning for Coraline to come his way as he gets ready to lace themselves up. Glancing over to Signe looking about the big man smiles brightly. "I believe Prince Ainsley has put himself up for anyone searching for a partner." The big man is then waiting for his partner, frowning a little at the height disparity. This won't go poorly at all.

Felicia reaches out to clasp Jordan's shoulder and head towards the line with the rest of them with a chuckle to grab some of the ribbons so she can tie them together,"Gods, hopefully we at least don't land flat on our faces, eh? Some stiff competition here." she chuckles,"At least you're not /that/ much tallet than me."

Turn in line: Khanne

Moving over to Jeffeth , Cora nods as the hight difference was as she anticipated. This should be interesting.

Khanne checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 32 higher.

Signe has joined the line.

Lisebet pauses at Ainsley's call, and then she shakes her head. "Too late. There, I'll let someone else get to it since I surely don't need to go home with bruises and bumps. My cousin will wrap me in swaddling or worse, never let me out of the house again." She's teasing, mostly. She does look at the competitors as Tabitha points them out or comments on them. "Interesting," she says finally. "I think this will be fun to watch and enjoy cheering everyone on."

Percephon checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 13 lower.

Turn in line: Jeffeth

Coraline checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 6 higher.

Jeffeth checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 24 higher.

Calarian smiles to Dominique as he enters in with her, arm embraced by her. He leans in to listen to her before he flashes her a grin and nods. He gestures deeper in as he draws her to head deeper in to see who they may find to chat with.

Turn in line: Felicia

Mae smiles at Reese, and gives a little wave, then wanders over to the fountain and sits at the edge of it. Soon as she's settled, Scourge hops up next to her, and the two sit and watch. Mae pulls out her sketchbook, and gets to sketching.

Mae has joined the a serene stone bowl fountain with accented grooves.

Jordan checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 30 higher.

Felicia checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 26 higher.

Sorrel has recently met Signe, but seems perfectly delighted to be partnered with her. She laughs brightly as she watches the racing begin.

Turn in line: Arion

Arion checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 5 lower.

Looking towards the three legged race, there's a bit of a chuckle that can be heard escaping from her lips. Waving in the direction of Reese, Dominique smiles as she looks at the festivities. "There's /LOTS/ of people. I fear I might get a tad bit overwhelmed."

Reese checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 33 higher.

"Yes, of course!" She makes a quick drain of her wine glass before joining with Ainsley and the others at the starting line. "Signe Nightgold." An introduction offered to those nearby who wasn't aware of who the bright eyed shaman woman was. With Sorrel as her partner the shaman looked up to the much taller woman, "There's a trick to it. I'll hum a rhythm and we can move along in time with it."

Jordan nods to Felicia, more than happy to get things started. He'll wrap his arm around to steady himself for a moment before they start. And then it seems they're both good at keeping pace in a three-legged race. Surprisingly in sync!

"Oh good! I'm good at rhythm!" Sorrel offers eagerly to Signe, then laughs as Felicia and Jordan take an early lead. "Man, who let the knights partner up? I'm not sure this is fair!" she calls playfully, clearly in jest.

Turn in line: Khanne

Having had every intention of buggering up the race with Jeffeth, to get him back for the public embarrassment, Cora's inner competative nature exerts itself and she actually tries.

Signe checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 12 lower.

Sorrel checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 21 higher.

Tabitha forks enother dainty little bite of tart into her mouth, then quirks an arch eyebrow to Lisebet at the proceedings of the race. She's already resting the fork's prongs back on top of the dessert once she's swallowed her nibble of it. "Hmm, I didn't expect that!"

Reese is running along with Arion. They seem to be struggling a little bit, but she is pink-cheeked and smiling.

Sorrel is laughing and dragging poor Signe along with her, very cheerfully making an effort to keep the rhythm. "It's like the clumsiest of dances!" she says brightly.

Percephon has realistic expectations: don't fall, don't break a limb, don't break the glasses. In the first round, he manages all of the above, so - in his mind - he is a winner.

Tied to Percephon's leg, Khanne tries to get them to work in unison. They stumble, nearly fall. "Come on love, ready, on the count of two, move the leg that is tied.. one.. two.. one.. two."

Jeffeth and Coraline are able to move at a decent clip, despite their size disparity they seem to be running in second. The big man has both arms up, for balance as he tries hard not to fling Coraline to the ground. "Very good Your squireness, come on, keep the rhythm."

Signe's using her voice to create a song by sounds rather than words. There's no consistancy to it due to her laughter as their bodies bump and struggle to sync. It's all in good fun.

Khanne checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 4 higher.

Felicia made sure the knots were good, and well, perhaps 'marching in sync' is an applicable skill for three legged racing, because the two knights manage to keep pace despite the height difference between the pair. Possibly at least one of them is counting rhythm all but under their breath. Either that, or the redheaded King's Own just has plenty of experience with the kind of drunken stagger useful for such a race.

Percephon checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 13 lower.

Turn in line: Signe

Sorrel checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 35 higher.

Signe checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 6 higher.

Turn in line: Jeffeth

Jeffeth checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 59 higher.

Coraline checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 24 higher.

Lisebet just laughs, watching the shenanigans. "OH my, that looks like it must be more difficult than it sounds, when it was introduced." She watches, and then has to ask, "I don't know that I ever realized that it is possible to move like that without falling over." She eyes the tart that Tabitha has, but for her own part, she doesn't have anything other than a goblet of something to drink, swiped from a passing tray.

Ainsley has joined the line.

Turn in line: Felicia

Jordan checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 19 higher.

Felicia checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 17 higher.

Turn in line: Arion

Arion checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 11 lower.

Ainsley GM Roll checked dex(5) + athletics(5) at difficulty 20, rolling 27 higher.

Signe continues to sing encouragingly while she and Sorrel make some headway in the race. "There we are, we're getting it now!" She cheers through her hurried effort of silly walking.

At Khanne's coaching, well, Percephon appears to understand the idea of synchronization, but -- nope. He's still having none of it. He moves, mouthing to himself: "Left, right, left." At a speed that's best described as: a walk, possibly brisk.

Jordan is keeping nice pace with Felicia, but another duo takes the lead and he urges her forward! "Come on, we've gotta keep up!" He calls out to the other knight, with a grin.

Reese has left the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

1 Grayson Guardsmen have been dismissed.

Peaches, a lovely white war filly with a peach saddle have been dismissed.

Deliverance, an albino falcon have been dismissed.

Stormy, a silvery gray hunting hound have been dismissed.

Rascal, a hyper terrier have been dismissed.

Rosalie, a lady in waiting have been dismissed.

Khanne with her arm around Percephon's back, Khanne just smiles at her husband, moving at his pace. The two of them might be moving as one... but, certainly not out to win the race, and they don't even seem to mind.

Turn in line: Khanne

Sorrel is doing less dragging now that they've got the rhythm right, and she's quite cheerful about not being last. "C'mon, we can do it!" she says brightly to Signe.

Coraline and Jeffeth really find their stride now. "There we go, hup, hup, hup, hup." The large knight bellows down to his squire. "We can do this Cora, don't forget to breathe." Despite their size difference, Jeffeth is kind of leaning down with his back hunched so he has a lower center of gravity, closer to Coraline, their two legs moving in time.

"It's those blasted... long... legs!" Felicia huffs with a bark of a laugh,"Usually I do this at a slow amble, not at a 'gods I need to pee' trot." she insists to Jordan as they stagger along.

Percephon checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 14 lower.

Khanne checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 5 higher.

Turn in line: Felicia

Jordan checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 46 higher.

Felicia checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 8 higher.

Turn in line: Arion

Arion checked dexterity + athletics at difficulty 20, rolling 10 lower.

Ainsley GM Roll checked dex(5) + ath(5) at difficulty 15, rolling 76 higher.

Sorrel might be trying to pick up Signe at this point, laughing mightily at their inability to three-legged anything. She's laughing uproariously about Percephon and Khanne at this point, though, because they're even worse. Why, those newlyweds don't seem to be getting anywhere at all, but maybe that's their plan.

"No.. no, love. We have to move -together-. Think of it like when we're at home and we're...." She doesn't have a chance to finish, in her attempts to keep time with Percephon, Khanne trips slightly. Her lug tugs on the ribbons that tug on Percephon's leg and together, they fall, crash into the ground. Who is to say who landed on who, when they are all a twist of limbs and bodies. "Ow! Oh... " She tries to loosen the ribbons holding her leg at an awkward angle, but starts to laugh, then stops altogether, reaching a hand to Percephon's cheek and placing a happy little kiss on his lips.

Tabitha turns to Lisebet and giggles with bright eyes and a wrinkle of her nose, mainly at Khanne and Percephon's run. There's no malice in it, however.

Close, but no cigar. Jordan still pats Felicia on the back as they finish second, and he works on untying his leg from hers after a shoulder bump. "Next time, we'll practice that while drunk /and/ running, and then maybe we'll get it right, Dame Harrow," the knight teases the King's Own, waiting for the next game.

Arion is running along with Reese doing his best to keep up and not fall over. Don't fall over, whatever you do! Its like a mantra he repeats under his breath and Reese drags him along. His hair billows behind him like a cape and as they reach the finishing line he wobbles unsteadily a look of horro in his eyes. He has just enough time to snatch those crimson locks up out of harms way before he goes tumbling onto the ground, perhaps even pulling Reese down with him. At last! Its over.

It's a graceless tumble and tangle of limbs, and Percephon snorts - lets out an asthmatic wheeze - and grumbles to himself, "Oh bother." But then, he starts to laugh, picking up on Khanne's joy as it's practically contagious. "I tried, my lady. Valiantly. But that was falling in style. Thank you."

Signe stumbles in her footing, a lot. She's somehow managing to not fumble onto the ground while depending entirely upon Sorrel to keep them balanced. Her vocal efforts are bad. Very bad. She's consumed by laughter to even keep her head in the race.

Felicia laughs,"Oh, so we're going for suicide? Fair enough." Felicia smirks at Jordan, letting him get them untied with a grin before gives Jeffeth and Coraline a respectful, if casual, salute, and twists to see Reese dragging her brother over the finish line with an even more wolfish grin, prowling over to go offer a hand up,"Nicely done, your highness... little brother. You made the finish line before falling over, at least."

"We've got it. We've got it." Jeffeth is huffing to the woman tied to his leg s they barrel down the field. Running to the finish just moments before Felicia and Jordan. Flinging one fist in the air triumphantly, the behemoth lets out a victory roar. "Well done, Cora!" Jeffeth bellows happily. However. He kind of forgets that they are still bound at the leg.

Jeffeth whips around to face the rest of the competitors suddenly with a bright smile, flinging poor Coraline along with his swinging hip. "Well ran, everyone!"

Ainsley smiles at the end of the race, grinning a little bit. "Alright! One person from each pair may chose a prize from the box. Sir Jeffeth and Princess Coraline first, then Dame Felicia and Sir Jordan, and then Arion." He nods to the chest, smiling a little bit. "We'll take a little breather and let everyone get untangled, and then the next game will be a game of luck!"

He picks up a deck of cards from somewhere and says, "We'll be using this deck of cards I found..." He squints at it a moment, "I found somewhere. There are four suits! One for each of the triads: Concepts, Arts, Creation, and Lost! Each suit has twelve cards, one for each of the gods. And then there are four copies of 'Tehom the 13th' in it. I'll pull a card you'll have to guess the card!"

Lisebet has by no means anywhere near enough composure to not laugh at this race. At least she laughs quietly, settled where she can watch. "Oh, my, that was definitely not what I expected," she says to Tabitha. Then she calls out, "Well done, everyone!"

Reese puts a summer black cherry Laurent mead in Birch Booze Bungalow.

Felicia dips her head in the direction of the chest,"You're welcome to choose, sir Ober." she offers to the other knight,"I think you did most of the work anyways."

From over by the fountain, where Mae sits alone with her weird little dog, comes a cheer, "Go Jeffy!" Mae even claps for Jeffeth. And Coraline, too, probably!

Coraline gets a small mirror set into a sterling silver pendant and hung on a silver chain from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Tabitha is already applauding Jeffeth and Cora, just as the squire gets flung out with the momentum of that enthusiastic victory stance. She just closes her eyes and winces so she doesn't have to see the poor young woman hit the deck.

Jordan gets a simple bottle with a sweet perfume of cocoa and Elfblight from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Captain Reedy, a Telmarine military aide arrives, following Corban.

After picking himself - and Khanne - up from the ground and back toward their table, Percephon looks just a touched red-faced. A little winded. When the next game is announced, Percephon cants his head and listens to the rules of it, interested.

Signe applauds some as the race is over and the victors are announced. Even with most of the contenders still on the ground. She leaned forward to unbind hers and Sorrel's limb. "We almost won, if I was just a little bit taller." Still the mirth and humor of their efforts kept her voice light. She then points to the chest that the others are picking their prizes from. "Is the chest one of the prizes?"

Arion gets beautiful hands of creation foilage topped hairpins from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Ainsley begins shuffling the cards, shuffle, shuffle, shuffle! He pulls off the top card and looks at it, calling out, "I have a card! First guesses with no hints. Anyone can play! Do I have guesses as to what the card is?"

Tabitha checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 9 higher.

Felicia checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 7 higher.

Jordan has rolled a critical success!
Jordan checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 41 higher.

Lisebet checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 11 lower.

Signe checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 5 lower.

Khanne checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 7 lower.

Corban makes his way into the Grayson Grounds, looking over the crowd here and just in time to hear Ainsley call out the next game. "Oh, interesting," he says, curious. But then he seems to be looking for those whom he might know, smiling brightly at his wife when he spots her.

Panting as they cross the finish line Cora grins in victory, then proply hits the floor as she is hip checked by her much beloved knight. Scowling up at him she sighs then laughs shaking her head. Moving over she chooses a lovely mirrored pendant and moves out of the way.

Percephon checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 4 lower.

Jordan crosses his arms in front of himself, squinting at the deck.

Arion checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 6 lower.

Mae checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 3 higher.

Felicia muses,"Queen of Endings card in the Lost suit." she elects to guess, folding her arms before her with a decisive nod, as if somehow that's going to make it true.

"Are you okay?" Khanne asks to Percephon. Making sure he is, indeed, okay before she raises her hand. "Mangata!" she calls out.

Tabitha lifts a hand daintily, "Gild of Creation."

Arion selects a pair of pretty hairpins from the chest with a grin. Having recovered himself and his digity a bit. He beams a smile at Reese and bows low to her now that they are seperated. "Thank you Your Highness. You are quick on your feet." Him not so much, but that goes unsaid. As the next challenge is put forward he tilts his head. "Queen of Endings in the Creation suit."

Better late than never, Briar Marjawn makes his way onto the Grayson Grounds with a happy sort of spring in his step, the hood of his cloak thrown back from his head to reveal the long blonde hair that frames his face in a messy sort of tangle. He glances around, eyeing those gathered before he moves further over to see what exactly people are doing.

"Mostly fine. Although, likely, I ought to return to the Hall and rest, Khanne." Percephon tells his wife in a mutter, eyes lowered.

Reese smile over to Arion. "I love the hairpins you picked out." She says in his direction. She gets herself another mug of mead, going to sit back down.

"Gild of Concepts," Jordan guesses.

Lisebet calls out "Limerance and Concepts, how's that? Am I on the right track?" Maybe.

Percephon has left the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

After getting themselves unentangled Jeffeth smiles happily down at Coraline, setting one meaty hand over her shoulder and giving a soft squeeze. "Well done, Cora. May it be the first of many of our victories together." With that the big man is heading back over to the tables to take a seat.

Agatha has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Khanne looks to Percephon with a touch of concern that she tries to hide, nodding his way as he bids her farewell.

Ainsley checked composure at difficulty 15, rolling 1 higher.

"Tehom the 13th!" calls out Mae.

Willen arrives, following Lou.

"Round one goes to Master Arion." says Ainsley, flipping the card around to show a dark haired woman with an army of zombies behind her, and flowers crawling up the borders and a wheel behind her. He shuffles the card back into the deck and says, "We'll have two more guesses! Ready?" He pulls another card. His eyes squint a little bit, and then he glances up to say to Mae, "I'll give this one to Miss Culler-Grayhope! As that was my second card..."

He shows her a card that's been painted mostly silver.

"Petrichor of Arts!" Signe calls out before she wanders over to Khanne and attempts to lay a hand on her not too high shoulder for comfort.

Quirking a brow Cora shakes her head. She should be freaking out more, she was in public running a race after all, but as it wasn't terribly talky it wasn't bad. Getting up she follows Jeffeth to the table and settles there as well. "Here is hoping for many new victories indeed." She says with a smile before looking around to those who also ran, "Well done." she smiles shyly before looking at this pendant.

Mae checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 1 higher.

Felicia checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 2 lower.

Lisebet checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 2 higher.

Signe checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 11 lower.

Giuseppe, a kindly old man arrives, following Luca.

Tabitha checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 7 lower.

Khanne checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 8 lower.

Arion checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 1 higher.

Sorrel checked luck at difficulty 15, rolling 7 lower.

Jordan opts out of this round. "Best of luck to you, my Lords, my Ladies, Dame."

"Lagoma in the Concepts suit." is what Felicia elects to call out as she snags herself a drink and heads back towards the whiskey barrel table, only to find a Bear has taken up residence while she wasn't looking,"You missed us making fools of ourselves in a three legged race." she grins at the Redrain princess.

Tabitha gives Lisebet a little sideways look, smiling, then looks back ahead, lifts her hand and says, "Gild of Creation again."

"Queen of Science?" Sorrel suggests at random.

That dashing, daring explorer, Lou Grayson, makes her way out of the mansion and gives pause as there is a gathering in their grounds. She looks a bit surprised, and perhaps a bit like a person who's caught in the spotlight - as a deer would be in headlights. She bits her lip a moment, trying to decide on the best course of action, and then ever so slowly starts to slink around the group, hoping not to get noticed too much.

"Tehom the 13th!" calls out Mae. "Again!"

Ainsley wrinkles his nose at Mae.

Lou checked dexterity + stealth at difficulty 20, rolling 3 lower.

Arion's lips quirk in amusement as his guess proves correct. "Tehom the 13th." He calls out for the next round. Looking over at Reese he smiles. "Your Highness? If you wish it I will select my next prize as a gift to you? As thanks for racing with me. What would you like?"

Khanne hmms and shrugs, "Mangata, again!" She winks at Mae, then looks at Signe with a gentle smile.

Better late than never, they say. And Luca manages to embrace that saying to the fullest of his abilities, wandering in while speaking with Giuseppe. He's dressed, and that's saying something, but all the tell-tale signs of someone who just woke up are about him. Or, someone who could use a little more sleep, perhaps. Just in sight of the ground, he breaks away from the old man and wanders over toward where the people are, running a hand through his dark hair to give it that stylish, 'I Woke Up Like This' look.

Lisebet grins, as she looks over at Tabitha, and then she throws out a guess. Aion of the Lost suit?" she guesses.

Lisebet grins, as she looks over at Tabitha, and then she throws out a guess. "Aion of the Lost suit?" she guesses.

Agatha ambles on in, decidedly NOT in a fancy dress by golly gosh darn it. That day will have to be another day. She isn't quite ready to jump into the game, but she does slide on over to sit next to, well, someone at the whiskey barrel table. Because it looks like whiskey. And how could one not want to join in on that potential misadventure. She peeks at the occupants she knows, but she ends up starting with the stranger. Hello, Coraline! Just when one thinks it's safe, here's a stranger coming up and talking to her! "So what's this game about. Are they just ... um ... shouting gods? And Hello!"

Jordan finds himself a nice tankard of ale and sips, content to grin while watching the proceedings.

Reese looks over to Arion, giving him a smile. "That is very very kind of you, but I thin you should keep it for yourself. I have lot of stuff. Too much stuff really and the prizes are really for those who are not Graysons." She says toward him. Reese does seem very flattered though. She looks over to Luca when he arrives, having a gentle smile for the Prince.

In all the excitement of guessing which card was pulled Signe fails to choose one of her own but instead calls out a previously guessed suit. "Tehom the 13th!"

Ainsley flips over a card showing a sleeping figure, and a mixture of views behind him. To Lisbet saying, "It is!" He smile toward her and then shuffles the card back into the deck. He puts the deck off to the side, promptly forgetting about it, to say, "Arion, and then Mae, and then Lady Lisebet, you may pick a prize!"

Someone is talking to her, someone she doesn't know. Blushing brightly at being asked a question she clears her throat and squeaks, "Picking cards I think."

Tabitha hands her empty plate to a servant, smiling sweetly, then turns the smile to Lisebet as she gently claps her hands.

And of course, Lou fails miserably at slinking. Rather, she stalks around people to get to the exit out. She nods to Reese as she passes her sister, and smiles at Khanne, but otherwise leaves the large group of people alone.

"Basically... set of cards, four sets... Concepts, Science, Creation and Lost... twelve cards in each, one for each of the gods, plus four Tehom cards. Apparently I can't see through cardstock, though, so..." Felicia chuckles,"Arion's making out like a bandit though." the redheaded knight offers to Agatha with a laugh.

Lisebet looks totally startled, and then she giggles happily. "I never win anything," she offers, amused.

"See?" Mae says, to the hairless ratdog. "We started a trend. That and everyone likes shouting out the name of the ruler of the Abyss," she stage whispers, to Scourge. But, then, Mae's name's getting called. She smiles brightly, and pops up to her feet. "Stay," she says, to Scourge. The dog promptly gets up and follows Mae. She doesn't seem to notice, and instead goes to get in line behind Arion to get a prize.

As Jeffeth clarifies and tacks on teh warrior bit, Cora relaxes and gives Princess Redrain a much more natural smile. "Oh hi."

Stepping in shortly after Agatha, Echo makes her way in so, /so/ incredibly late. But she's here, so that counts for something? "Why is everyone shouting the Thirteenth's name now..?" The knight-princess lets out a small breath as she dropped into a seat by the other Redrain women, clapping Agatha's shoulder on her way down. "Are you going to win me a prize, Aggie?"

Tabitha gives Jeffeth a bright smile, a little wave and a nod as usual, adding a polite curtsy to those beside him, should they notice her. She's a lot happier than when she first showed up, it would seem.

Echo has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Willen leaves, following Lou.

Lisebet smiles briefly to Tabitha. "Please do excuse me for a moment. I will be right back," she says softly. Then she moves to peek in that treasure chest, while waiting her turn.

Agatha is chatting cheerfully at the table and picking out a drink. Of course then Felicia says something that she totally mishears and she suddenly exclaims, "YOUR BROTHER IS MAKING OUT WITH A BANDIT?" Missing a word or two can make a difference, girls and boys! She also grins at Echo. "I dunno. I'm figuring it out! If I win, I think I'll share with whoever needs it most."

Sorrel remembers that she has things to do and people to see, and makes her excuses before slipping out.

Sorrel has left the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Teonia Redreef, Aryka Wyrmfang, 4 Thrax Guards leave, following Sorrel.

Mae remains in line, waiting patiently. Okay, maybe a little impatiently. "Pick faster or I'm going to cut off your hair and make cheap rope," she stage whispers to Arion. But then Agatha is shouting. She looks that way, and blinks...

Arion bows his head to Reese. "As you wish Your Highness." Looking at the items in the chest a sudden look of mischief crosses his features. Peering over at Felicia he calls out to her. "Sister! Pink and green or Yellow, white and blue?" His eyes glitter with mischief and joy as he watches her reaction studying two items in particular. Look at Mae in horror he blinks his eyes widening in fear. He snatches up the dress and eyes her warily as he backs towards Felicia. "Sorry Sister. I made the choice for you. My hair was in danger."

Arion gets a white and yellow silk dress with blue trim and a wide blue ribbon around the waist from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Jordan glances about briefly before claiming a place for himself upon a bench, or whatever is available as far as seating goes. He sips from his tankard while he watches.

"No, Ags!" Felicia facepalms at Agatha,"He came third in the three-legged race with Princess Reese, and then guessed the first card in the card guessing thing, so he's winning some nice prizes. Gods." still embarressing enough to make her cheeks color, only belatedly catching Arion's words and looking from him to Mae and back again with the loft of her brow.

Mae gets a glass-eyed over-stuffed plush doll from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Signe points at the white and yellow silk dress the moment it's pulled from the chest. "Princess Agatha would look amazing in that dress!!"

Mae's smile is sugary sweet as Arion looks back at her. C'mon, she can't be serious. Not like she's got several knives under that cloak of hers! But then Arion is done, so Mae steps forward. She looks for all of a second before she grabs the doll. She eyes it, then promptly hands it off to Scourge, who dutifully takes it in his mouth. Mae wanders right back over to the fountain, and her sketch pad.

Lisebet gets a pair of coral hairpins from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Luca wanders across the grounds, over to where Reese is, and leans in to murmur something to her, a smile there just on the corner of his lips. After, he nudges her, and then meanders over to Ainsley, flashing a warm smile at him, "Hey, A. It looks like a fun little thing you threw together here. I wanted to show up earlier but..", and he jerks a thumb over his shoulder, pulls a face and shrugs as if that's secret code that should explain anything. "I just came to grab the wife. Catch me out sometime again and let's get a.. err.. tea? Yeah, a yeah." The smile becomes a grin, and then he's backing out again as if he's leaving.

Reese rises to her slippered feet. She smiles as the yellow dress is chosen. "Oh, that is so pretty." She murmurs softly. She then leans into Luca listening to his murmured words. "Oh." She says back softly. "I need to get going, but a lovely party, Prince Ainsley thank you and thank you for racing with me Master Arion. She also has a warm smile for her sister Lou, then for Echo and Mae both.

Arion throws a half hearted glare at Mae before presenting the dress to Felicia with a grin. "Here sister I won you a prize." He grins playfully. "Now you can dress properly when you have a date or attend an event. And you can let me make you some perfume and do your hair in thanks." Not that her hair will EVER be as pretty as his but he is nice enough not to say that...

Lisebet's lips curve in a bit of a smile at the byplay about making out with or like a bandit. She waits for the two who won the first two rounds to finish their selections, and then gets her own item out of it. Ainsley gets a slightly excited glance and a "Thank you, your highness." Lisebet then returns to her spot by Tabitha.

Agatha ohhhhs as Felicia explains, the alarm leaving her features. "I mean. I'm sure it would be an adventure and all, but he hasn't been in town that long! Though. Well. I suppose that doesn't stop folks." All very matter of fact. She gives a sheepish little sorry to the room at large and then spies Luca, waving at the Prince. She lifts a hand to wave, set to give a greeting when Signe reminds her of the cruel fate awaiting her. Don't mind Aggie. She's going to bury her head under her arms now.

"I... uh... I think that Cufre will absolutely love it." Felicia grins at Arion,"It is very pretty, and sure, you can make me a perfume... but, well, yes. I'll stick to my leathers." she pauses,"Even though it is a very pretty dress, thank you Arion." she laughs a little with a snort at Agatha,"I'd say he has better taste than to be making out with bandits." she laughs.

The large knight returns to his seat next to Cora, clapping one big hand on her shoulder once more. He then leans forward on the table, his gaze flicking over to Tabitha where Jeffeth smiles brightly, raising his hand to her in a wave. Then he is speaking to Coraline and Agatha at his table softly.

Ainsley finishes some stuff with Planchet in the corner and then there's a barrel of ... apples brought out. Ainsley twitches faintly and he says, "I'll be playing in this game.. but of course, if I were to win, that would past onto the next person. This game is the APPLE TOSS!" He hoists up an apple and says, "We're trying to throw them as far as we can! Come get an apple if you'd like to participate!"

The line has been dismissed by Ainsley.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Jeffeth before departing.

Ainsley has joined the line.

Felicia has joined the line.

Lisebet has joined the line.

Khanne has joined the line.

Signe has joined the line.

Luca wanders over close to Agatha as he's backing out of the place, turning to face her for a moment. "Bear! I almost missed you in all the people!" he says, before that playful grin wrests his expression from him once more. "Just kidding. Who could ever miss a face like that?" and he gives her shoulder a pretty rough pat, "Hey, I've got to run, but I think I owe you a lesson for the bear-back ride, right? Don't think I've forgotten.." and then he's heading out.

Arion blinks at Felicia and Agatha. His eyes widen as he realizes they are talking about him, his cheeks flush in embaressment. "Umm yes. No bandits, they don't bathe often enough and they have terrible haircare tendancies.. Though I wouldn't say no to a dashing Lord or Prince..." He admits very quietly.

Jordan has joined the line.

Mae has joined the line.

Lisebet looks over at Tabitha, and then she laughs. "Come on, let's join in. It will be fun. Come get an apple!"

Tabitha has joined the line.

Tabitha gives Lisebet a brightly smiling nod, and follows her suggestion.

Agatha peeks out from under her arm and sniffs at Felicia. "You never know. It could be a very nice bandit. A kissing bandit. I don't know. But, well, it sounds like I misheard. So! Sorry, Arion!" Then Luca is there and she snorts at the beary-back ride reminder, shaking out of her slump. "Oh good. I've been saving those left over eggs! She stands up then and nods to Jeffeth and Coraline. "C'mon. Let's go throw some apples or something!"

Agatha has joined the line.

Jeffeth has joined the line.

Deliverance, an albino falcon, Rosalie, a lady in waiting, Rascal, a hyper terrier, Stormy, a silvery gray hunting hound, 1 Grayson Guardsmen, Peaches, a lovely white war filly with a peach saddle leave, following Reese.

Giuseppe, a kindly old man, Reese leave, following Luca.

Corban has joined the line.

Coraline has joined the line.

Arion has joined the line.

Felicia barks a laugh at her brother,"They're fun to play with as long as you remember that eventually they run off with a princess." she opts for, clasping Arion's shoulder briefly before she heads over join the line of apple tossers, offering to Agatha,"No offense intended, of course."

Echo groans out in disappointment as a missive is slipped into her hands. And judging by the way she's rising out of her seat and pouting at the contents of whatever it is, she's probably got things that she should be doing. Dropping a plush kiss on Agatha's cheek before watching Reese and Luca make their escape, she mumbles out, "I should get going too. Good luck everyone!"

Echo has left the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Corban hears a game is afoot and joins in the group that is there to play, waiting for instructions from their gamesmaster.

Agatha hugs Echo before she can run off, just a little lift off the ground before she sends her on her way. "I would say be good, but be effective! And have fun!"

Arion huffs at Felicia and follows her to the line. "I suppose I should look into knights and merchants for commited relationships then." He teases her with a grin. "Now. Lets see if I can throw an apple without hurting myself.."

Signe skips up to the group joining in the Apple toss. "I make no promises someone will not be hit in my efforts!" She announces a disclaimer.

Turn in line: Ainsley

"Alright!" Ainsley calls out, saying, "This is how we play! Whoever throws the apple the furthest wins!" And then he pitches his apple before anyone else can blink. What. A. Terrible!

Ainsley checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 4 lower.

Turn in line: Felicia

Felicia checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 24 higher.

Felicia loops an arm about her brother briefly,"Or, you know, we should look at getting things.. straightened out, though it would likely mean giving up the shop entirely." she points out to him with a rough squeeze before going to snag an apple out for a toss.

Jordan checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 13 higher.

Turn in line: Signe

Signe checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 13 lower.

Turn in line: Jordan

Lisebet looks over at Signe, and she laughs. "I shall not take it amiss if I am hit, but I do hope nobody will take it amiss if I accidentally throw my own apple in completely the wrong direction." She ducks as Ainsley starts throwing before everyone is even ready. There's a couple others who throw, and then it's her turn, and she does throw the apple, with a gleeful giggle. Not that it goes far, but she's having fun.

Turn in line: Mae

Mae checked strength + brawl at difficulty 15, rolling 1 lower.

Turn in line: Tabitha

Tabitha checked strength + brawl at difficulty 15, rolling 9 lower.

Turn in line: Agatha

Agatha checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 4 higher.

Khanne looks for a good throwing apple, picking one from the bunch. She seems to get distracted while throwing, because the apple curves in the air and heads towards Jordan!

Felicia possibly has had practice throwing apples at things. Mostly youngest siblings, even. Or she picked a very aerodynamic apple to hurl like it called her a bad name. Afterwards she decides that her hair is getting in the way and takes a moment to wind it up and pin it down with her hairpins.

Jordan checked dexterity + dodge at difficulty 20, rolling 49 higher.

Turn in line: Jeffeth

Jeffeth checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 3 higher.

Turn in line: Corban

Corban checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 3 higher.

Turn in line: Coraline

Coraline checked strength + brawl at difficulty 20, rolling 1 higher.

Shuffling back, Jordan elbows the apple and it bounces off somewhere. He glances up to Khanne in mild confusion.

Turn in line: Arion

"Okay, sit tight, I got to go throw an apple," Mae says, to Scourge. The little dog is nibbling on the doll Mae just won. He doesn't respond. She walks on up, grabs and apple, and huffs as she throws it. Then she shrugs and sits back down.

Tabitha throws the apple with about as much force as someone of her small stature and lack of training in the lobbing arts could be expected to; that is to say, not very much. She just gives a resigned shrug as her throw flops sideways.

"Straightened out how sister?" Arion asks looking curiously to Felicia. "We will talk about this later yes?" And then its his turn to throw. He eyes the apple he selected warily and attempts to sling it. But his lack of strength and body coordination cause the apple to veer wildly off course and bonks SOMEONE in the head. He winces his cheeks flushing in emabressment. "Sorry!" He calls out.

Khanne bites her lip, wincing when the apple veers off towards Jordan. He blocks it like a pro, thankfully, and she says, "sorrry."

Dreya, an older woman in Velenosan livery, 2 House Velenosa Guards arrive, following Saoirse.

Corban steps up to the line when it is his turn, and tosses it -- well, it is forward, at least, but what he has in bulk he lacks in finesse for the thing, and it makes for a fairly short throw. But he shrugs his shoulders and moves off, waiting to watch the others take their turn.

Here's the thing about being a little too strong for your own good at some point. Agatha gets a grip that might be a little too tight and ends up with a goodly amount of apple pulp on her hands to clean off. Bad life choices, Aggie!

Saoirse has joined the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Jordan shrugs, with an effusive smile towards Khanne. "Accidents happen, my Lady." Also, he chucks his apple. Not as well as Felicia, but... it's competent enough.

Signe cups the apple with both hands and whispers to it with both eyes closed. Perhaps some words of encouragement to fly, fly free. She raises her, cranes it behind her shoulder then tosses it blindly without even going in the same direction as the others should be as well. It's sent overhead towards Arion.

Saoirse has left the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

From her five foot nothing stature, sopping wet, Lisebet just goes along with the tiny people rocking these games. Her throw? Not so good really, but that doesn't matter. It's all for a good cause. "Way to go, Mistress Tabitha," she calls as the other woman gives it a shot as well. And then she gets bopped in the head by an apple, that wasn't really thrown too hard, thankfully. "Ow, hey," she calls, one hand raising to rub her head. Though Arion already said sorry, so she just inclines her head.

Tabitha giggles a bit as she looks towards Lisebet, giving a comical curtsy of thanks. Her eyes widen when the smaller woman gets clonked on the head by the errant flight of an apple, however. One hand comes to cover her mouth as she looks between Arion and lisebet, and then towards Arion again. What's that flying his way?

Agatha gets Pewter Tree Branches With Pink Crystal Blossoms Clutching An Opal from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Agatha rummages about in the chest and picks out the shiniest thing she sees. She straightens up, turns, and ... thrusts it right out into poor Coraline's unsuspecting hands. "Here! As congratulations for your new post and so you have something to brighten up your room now that you're here!" Just, you know, ignore the part where the stem is sticky from her appley hands.

Apparently luck is a fickle mistress when it comes to Arion. Not long after his apple bonked Lisebet another beans him in the side of the head causing him to stumble. He wobbles unsteadily the force of the impact dazing him a moment as he reaches up to see if he is bleeding or worse...and its worse. His eyes widen with horror as he spots the apple mush on his fingertips, mush that had come out of that beautifully groomed crimson hair. He does the only logical thing he can think of at this point. He screams bloody murder and starts trying to remove the bits of apple from his hair. "What is it with people getting things in my hair! I refuse to let this become a trend! First someone pours beer on it now THIS!? I will be up till midnight cleaning this mess!!!"

Felicia gets a Weeping Midnight Mask from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Surprise and gratitude shine from Coraline's eyes at the gift, "Thank you, it is beautiful." She gratefully accepts the gift with a smile. "I will be sure to give it a place of honor in my room." Sticky hands are happily ignored.

"I offered to cut it all off for you!" Mae calls over at Arion.

Jordan gets a cobalt blue glass vase from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

"Stay away from my hair and keep your knives to yourself!" Arion calls back to Mae heatedly.

Felicia gives a slight nod for Arion and a wry smile before she flinches at his throw,"Gods, with an arm like that I think it's for the safety of everyone that you didn't go into the guard." she opines, then he gets beaned before she spots it coming and she's distracted and doesn't even see Agatha go to the chest first. There's the shrieking from Arion and she winces,"I'm going to get you a hat, just so I don't have to hear the shrieking." she mumbles, checking his head for damage before going to snag the mask from the chest.

Jordan takes a vase from the chest, instructing a runner to head to Ashford House with it. "Lady Olivia's going to like that," he muses.

Signe collapses into laughter while trying to utter apologies in her struggle for air, "I'm.. sor-hahaha... so-sorry!" She's on the ground, clutching the aches of her stomach as the patron's of the event were pelted by not so gentle fruit.

Ainsley now has a bright smile on his lips. He's acquired a glass of something and says, "Alright! Our last game for the night." He moves and hops up onto the edge of the fountain to gesture about with his free hand, "I have-- okay not me, but decidedly clever members of House Grayson --have hidden around the grounds little slips of paper with prayers to gild, and good wishes to the people of Stormwall and Darkwater. The four people who find the most will be able to pick the last of the prizes from the box."

Mae has joined the line.

Signe has joined the line.

Agatha has joined the line.

Khanne has joined the line.

Felicia has joined the line.

Lisebet has joined the line.

Lisebet looks at Tabitha and shrugs. "Want to try? I'm willing to give it a go." She's not expecting to win anything, but she is having fun!

Tabitha gives Lisebet a few nods and a tilt of her head. "I think I will!!

And then Arion hears the word he fears almost as much as haircut...hat! He turns his wide eyes onto Felicia and shakes his head firmly. "No hats. Beauty should be displayed not covered up." He huffs softly finally getting the last of the apple out of his hair. Then then next game is called and he goes to get in line trying to ignore his wounded pride and keep his hair out of further danger...

Arion has joined the line.

Tabitha has joined the line.

Jeffeth has joined the line.

"Ooooh. Finding stuff! That's literally the only thing you're not awful at," Mae says, to Scourge. A lie, because he's also good at nibbling on weird dolls. "C'mon, let's go find some stuff! ... C'mon! ... Scourge. Seriously?" Mae huffs out, and then just scoops up the teeny tiny little dog. She'll carry the pup, like it's somehow going to help her find things.

Lady Peri is, well, rather late showing up to the party, but takes a moment to peer at what is going on before moving herself to grab something to eat. Afterwards, she makes her way to put in her donation of writs, and somehow she ends up getting into the line, having no idea what she is even in line for. She sips on her drink and watches the others ahead of her.

Peri has joined the line.

Agatha lines up next to Felicia as they prepare to go prayer hunting. She does give Poor Long Suffering Arion a few looks and then murmurs to Felicia, "Has he ever considered just cutting it all off short so he wouldn't have to worry about it anymore? I keep thinking of doing that with mine, but then I picture Elgana's face. She'd do that thing where her lip quivers and I would feel guilty forever."

Ainsley lifts his hands and shouts, "You have five minutes ... ready, set ... GO!"

Anya, the cool as an ice cube Champion apprentice, Renn, the mousy, scholarly brunette, Morgan, a roguish looking gentleman arrive, following Caspian.

Turn in line: Mae

Mae checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 41 higher.

"You really are the vainest one of the lot, Arion dear." Felicia grins at her brother,"I mean... really. But... hey, if you'd rather risk apples and beer, that's on you." there's an indifferent shrug as she fondles the mask in her hands and then tucks it in her armor with a grin at Agatha,"No, that's even worse than hat, apparently. I think you could rock short hair, but, well, I'll be keeping mine long, even if it does get caught sometimes on my armor."

Turn in line: Signe

Signe checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 13 higher.

Turn in line: Agatha

Agatha checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 3 lower.

Turn in line: Khanne

Khanne checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 38 higher.

Turn in line: Felicia

Arion huffs at Felicia. "I take pride in my appearance. That is all." He declares with a slight sniff. Eyeing Agatha he shakes his head. "I like it just how it is. It looks pretty...even if it does attract...trouble." He steps into line and as the signal to start is given he moves swiftly peering about with sharp eyes for clues on where the items he is seeking has been hidden.

Felicia checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 2 lower.

Turn in line: Lisebet

Lisebet checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 15 higher.

Signe eventually composes herself after witnessing Arion's freak out over his hair as her own was far below the standards of beauty. "I needed that, truly. Still." The shaman occasionally giggles uncontrollably. "Ss-sorry. Your hair looks... ok." When the game for the search starts Signe, already on the ground starts to crawl about on her hands a knees throughout grounds.

Lisebet grins at her new partner in crime - Tabitha. "That's the spirit. We are here for a good cause and might as well have a lot of fun while we're doing it, right?" There might be apple bits still stuck in her raven tresses, something she's gradually removing as she rubs at the small sore spot on her noggin.

Turn in line: Arion

Arion checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 32 higher.

Jeffeth checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 4 higher.

Turn in line: Tabitha

Tabitha checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 13 higher.

Turn in line: Jeffeth

Turn in line: Peri

Peri checked perception + investigation at difficulty 15, rolling 11 higher.

Khanne gets a rose and green silk chemise from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Lisebet gets Briar Roses, an evening scent from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Mae gets a tusked boar mask from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Arion gets a simple bottle with a floral perfume with cocoa notes from a wooden walnut chest with vines and canine paw-prints.

Mae is searching, and searching, and searching. Eventually she wanders back with a dog in one arm and a fistful of prayer slips in another. "Okay, Ains. I got, like.. twelve I think? It was thirteen but Scourge ate one..." Mae mutters, as she glares at the weird dog with Saedrus hair.

Peri seems to catch on mostly by listening to the others and when the game begins, she kicks back some of her drink so it's easier to handle as she moves, crawls, and collects prayers. After awhile, she ends up watching the others when she realizes she does not have quite as many as anyone else. She leans back against the leg of a table and drinks. "Twelve and a dog? I missed out."

Khanne is wandering around, looking under things, up into things, around things, behind things. She finds these little slips of paper, one after another. She takes them over to Ainsley and smiles at Mae. "I think I got eleven."

Tabitha gathers her skirts in her hands, and flashes Lisebet a bright grin before she makes a dainty trot towards one of the redwood benchs. Her hair falls down around her shoulders in golden curls as she peeks underneath and behind the seating, but then she's off with a frown, having found nothing that *she* can see. Her gaze moves around as though she can't decide where to go next. Analysis paralysis had taken her! Too much thinking!

Tabitha does find a few slips, however.

Felicia is just... too slow, and left scratching her head as she wanders around, when she finally spots one of them, someone else snags it before she has the chance, and she comes back empty handed with a nonchalant grin and shrug of her shoulders,"At least in the Archives it's a case of just finding the /right/ book rather than trying to work out where the books are even hiding."

Arion stalks around quietly gathering up several of the slips of paper. Soon he returns smiling faintly. "I found ten." He admits softly glancing down at the pile held neatly in his hands.

Lisebet does her best to search the area, laughing and chatting as she collects prayers as well. Her small stature might serve well, in her case. After time is called, she returns to count up how many she's found. "Fifteen!" she says, with a smile. She laughs at Felicia's comment. "Now that could make for interesting research, wouldn't you think?"

Agatha is wandering around, that much is true. Of course by the time the wandering begins she may have forgotten what they're looking for. "Prince Ainsley, are you SURE you hid the eggs with the dye in them? I really did want to get a few more but I'm not finding any eggs at all! There were some pieces of paper, but I moved them. I don't remember where I put them now, though."

While on her hands and knees Signe ceases in her hunt for the item then straighten's up to rest on the hinds of her legs. She's stopped near Briar, "I thought I'd at least find something." She's not complaining but appearing a little disappointed. That's a short lived expression when her eyes stare up to to the other Northerner. "You look very familiar, we've met before have we not?"

Ainsley checked composure + etiquette at difficulty 15, rolling 7 higher.

"Gods, I'd be doomed." Felicia groans at Lisebet,"Though admittedly some days it rather feels like I'm crawling around bushes trying to find the /right/ book." she gives a slight shrug of her shoulders and grins broadly,"This is more my brother's thing, anyways. I'm more the... throw and stab things... which, for the record, doesn't work super good with books."

Ainsley blinks slowly at Agatha and gives a slow nod of his head toward the princess, "Uh, your highness." He clears his throat and looks around, uncertain what to do-- though managing not to laugh. "Erh, you were... the papers..." A cough. "ANYWISE! Time for the raffle!"

Ainsley has rolled 1 891-sided dice: 302

Ainsley is overheard praising Mae.

Ainsley is overheard praising Agatha.

Ainsley is overheard praising Percephon.

Lisebet glances at Tabitha. "Did you have fun?" That is important, of course! And then a grin at Felicia. "I think we might all be doomed in that case." She then claps her hands briefly. "Ah, the raffle, yay!"

Monique is overheard praising Ainsley for: Awesome host

Ainsley is overheard praising Monique.

Ainsley is overheard praising Arion.

Agatha is overheard praising Ainsley.

Lisebet is overheard praising Agatha.

Lisebet is overheard praising Ainsley.

Lisebet is overheard praising Tabitha.

Tabitha is overheard praising Ainsley for: What a fun event!

Peri is overheard praising Ainsley for: Hosting a lovely event for charity.

Tabitha is overheard praising Lisebet for: She's so nice!

Arion is overheard praising Ainsley.

Lisebet is overheard praising Arion for: for the hair!

Signe is overheard praising Ainsley for: For giving me the opportunity to fail hilariously

2 Bisland Guards arrives, following Iona.

"Alright!" Ainsley fishes around inside of a bowl, and picks up at piece of paper, announcing, "Ticket 302! Whoever has that piece come up and get your steelsilk!"

...Ainsley totally _doesn't_ hold onto the wraps for a second or two too long... Really. Don't look at him like that Monique.

2 Bisland Guards leaves, following Iona.

Tabitha has an outright beaming smile as she nods at Lisebet's question. "I really did!" At the clap of hands, she makes a little 'ooh!' sound.

"Do we have ticket 302?" Mae asks Scourge, as she sets the dog back down on the edge of the fountain. "I swear if we have 302 and you /ate it/ I'm going to put you in a stew..."

Corban looks around when the winning number is announced, glancing down at his tickets. He shakes his head slightly. No luck for him.

Monique does not begrudge Ainsley the feeling up of the steelsilk! It's stunning! She comes up, all smiles and crimson hair. "Thank you, Your Highness! It was great fun to be a guest at such a wonderful party for a good cause. Corban is going to be so jealous!"

Felicia whistles in sharp approval for Monique's win, applauding withought hesitation. There's a wink Lisebet's way with a bright grin for her words before the knight goes to carefully gather the silk dress Arion won to deliver to their sister in a while.

Tabitha applauds politely, smiling warmly.

Khanne seems a bit tired as she approaches Ainsley. "Thank you for the fun and games... but, I think I am going to go look for my husband..." She smiles and begins to head out.

Agatha doesn't have to go up on tiptoe to see what's going on, luckily. She lets out a little hoot when she sees Monique going up to collect her prize. "Well at least we know it goes well with red hair now, Little Red!" She grins over at Felicia and lets out a few claps for Monique. She waves at Khanne as the shamaness is on her way out.

Ainsley smiles toward Khanne and says, "Thank you for coming, Lady Khanne! Be well, we should do a dinner soon!" His fingers lift and wiggle a bit.

Anya, the cool as an ice cube Champion apprentice, Renn, the mousy, scholarly brunette, Morgan, a roguish looking gentleman leave, following Caspian.

Khanne pauses and looks over her shoulder to Agatha. She smiles, then says, "BYE AGATHA!"

Arion claps happily for Monique a bright smile on his face. He looks to Ainsley and smiles once more bowing his head in graditude to their host. Then he moves over towards Felicia gathering his own prizes as he goes. "I'm going to head home for now sister. I would like to speak with you when you have a moment."

Khanne has left the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Drysi, a young shaman apprentice, GusGus, the fluffy Whitehold Mountain puppy leave, following Khanne.

Lisebet cheers for Monique as well. "Congratulations," she says. And a nod of her head to Felicia. She grins though, approving of Tabitha and her fun. "Excellent. Perhaps we'll be able to have such fun again sometime! Thank you, Mistress Tabitha. I should take my leave, though. It's been a lot of fun." She waits for any final comments from Tabitha, and then turns to go take her leave of the host. "Prince Ainsley, thank you for the fun. This was a lovely event." She curtseys, and then steps off, before she heads out.

"This was very entertaining for a Grayson event." The northerner remarked in kind enough words. "I look forward to more!" Signe makes sure to have another glass of wine before she leaves as they were just sitting there.

"Truth." Felicia agree's with Agatha, then nods for Arion,"Sure thing, I'll come with you." she agree's, dropping into pace with her brother.

Tabitha curtsies at Lisebet, but there's a genuine warmth in her expression and voice that goes beyond formalities, "I hope so, my lady! I had fun too, thank you."

Oh! Goodness! Monique! Monique won! "Congratulations, my dear!" declares Corban as he makes his way up to his wife, wrapping an arm around her waist and giving her a hug to his side. "You must be terribly pleased to be the victor gather than the one ceding the steelsilk this time."

Captain Reedy, a Telmarine military aide have been dismissed.

Felicia has left the a whiskey barrel table finished with metal rivets.

Felicia leaves, following Arion.
