"I have spent the last couple days since my arrival trying to get more acclimated to being in the city again. Seems there is much going on and still more that I am going to be needing to learn. Everyone however has been more then willing to help and welcoming. I am glad that I made the return.

I'm still finding the return to Arx somewhat new to me even though I have been in this city before. Just being home in the North for a little while let me resettle myself. I was watching this Gauntlet run they were having which kinsman Kritr participated in and the words just came to me "Endure and excel!" I quite think this should become our house motto but I don't know how to approach voicing such a thing. I am, after all, one of the quieter and more gentle of the Clearlakes.

It is only now that I realize, several hours later, after much internal debate, a great deal of list making, and further extensive wanderings over the cobblestones...

While I have only recently arrived to Arx from my long journey south from Clearlake, I'm hopeful that my abilities as a healer and apothecary will be useful, and helpful to the people here. I have heard that we are at war with Eurus... I believe that is how it is spelled. I do not know a great deal about it, but I will do all that I can to help my family and those in need during these times.
