I got a pretty gift today. It's mine now. A human made a spiderweb out of metal and it's perfect. I'm supposed to share it but I won't. Unless it's Symonesse.

It's been ages since I've had reason to bake a cake. I think this Embassy-thingy will be a good excuse! And it will go much better than last time, I know it.

The funniest thing I ever found in exploring the caverns and tunnels was ... you know, I'm sure where, but that's not what's interesting. Carved on a wall that I think was the underside of a basement for an underground city were the words:
"Malleus had an orgy with four girls here and disappointed them all equally."
Was it written in Draconic? Cardian? ...Hmm. Maybe it was-

Peachskin leather tastes -awful-. I do not recommend it. Doesn't even smell like peaches. So disappointed!

I found a strange little thing outside the embassy today, a little necklace that's so drab I can't imagine it was made this way, and yet it looks vaguely familiar. I doesn't look like garbage, but I think it a little odd that it was just left outside our door. It seems like a puzzle but I can't get it to do anything. How bizarre.

There's a secret in this painting. I want to write this down, cement it in the annals of history.
-oh that's really funny, so the story goes-
[The scholar makes a notation that guards from the Nox'alfar Embassay arrived and wordlessly baited Sonnet from the room. The penmanship is shaky and there's a small phrase written after his intials: 'Never again.']

Oh, what is this?
Oh! I see! How sweet!
Did you know, baking a cake with the eggs of a basilisk causes -terrible- stomach discomfort? I know it. Well, I learned it, after. ... don't ask such silly questions, scholar; trust me, you'd rather not hear the details.
Is that a quill? Is that -your- quill?
Why does everyone in this city have the survival instincts of a kitten?
Kathivor has a sweet tooth! I found his stash.
Has anyone seen my cousin? I think she might be avoiding me.
