Relationship Note on Josephine
I did not know the Guildmaster well. We barely spoke. But when I was new to the city she approached me and made sure that I was well set in my shop and that she was available should I have any concerns. That one of her position would so look out for a simple smith on his first shop of his own speaks volumes to her character. I'll pour some ale out for her.

Relationship Note on Alarissa
The Princess liked my design, in so far as it could be used in a functional fashion. Suggested some improvements on it to make it more fashionable for one such as herself. Have to double my efforts for it. Like Master Babbage always said, the commissioner has the vision, it's our job to make it real.
Also, I think I will be making some signs to put up advertising my shop. Over in the Lowers other's might not know of it. Now where to put them...

Seems strange to me to see some of the journals written thus far. Quite a big to do about some things. Makes me glad that I'm just a simple Armorsmith

If I were a Baker I could understand the problem. But if someone expects a smith to be clean I am afraid they are in for a disappointment
