Praise Jayus, a piece of armor.
Aside from the display pieces I've put on sale in the shop I was finally asked to create some armor, it will be wonderful, I am so excited. After the shield, the chair, the statue(s), and the .. chickens. I am ready to create something that gets hit hard and stops insides from being outsides.
Not that the chair, the statue(s), and the chicken didn't expand my art and teach me something new... but it's not armor.

I finally finished the two commissions, both of them turned out wonderfully, if I do say so myself. Unfortunately I now have piles of the evidence of my labor in the form of dozens of horse shoes lying in not so neat piles all over my shop. I've already run out of places to hang them, I suppose I can only throw them back into the forge as I've not run into an entire company of shoeless horses stranded on the visitor road.

Today was shockingly busy at Hammer Down, I was visited by a parade of princesses each as lovely as the next, one of them commissioned an astounding project I can't wait to start on. No sooner than I had a vague idea of what I would do another customer asked me to create another gift, it must still be gift season! I'm feeling overwhelmed, but Jayus will provide inspiration I have faith.
