Relationship Note on Joscelin
A more fair and wise woman can not be found for Guildmaster. This is why I came to her right away when trouble arose and the response was quick and decisive. Then I think too things like this should never have to be brought to her as they should never have happened... Still, when they do I know I can rely on her and her judgment on any matter evolving anyone in the guild.

MY new shop seems to be doing well, very well and the move to leather armor as an addition to my repertoire along with carpentry will only mean more success in the future as I become more and more skilled in both.

One of what I call my honored guests. For customers are not just customers they are guests in my shop and in honored ones have sought my expertise and creativity to bring them the image they have not fully realized in what they want to be made. Kahlana is a very forthright and from that has no hesitation in the idea of what is needed to be done and what she will need to get that done. May she be an honored guest for a very long time.

The Emporium...
A new venture has begun an expansion of my skills and where I take my future and what it will bring. The New shop is far more accessible to all of Arx and with the services I'll be offering and with them only becoming better overall... The idea of full sets of armor alone from head to toe with cloaks and belts. Already that plan has begun and I am seeing the first customers come into and ask for that very thing. This will be one thing that I will leave as my legacy... Now to find those that will like to join me in this venture and reap the benefits along with me.
To sea, to silver and what my gaze sets its sight upon....

The hope and the generosity of the Golden Hart is something to be commended. The efforts of Princess Valencia Redrain and Lady Ariel Darkwater who have approached me for vouchers to a contest that they will hold there. I freely gave my services, because it is a noble cause to keep the spirits of tArx alive and the hope that this siege will one day soon, an end. My wishes go out to the event when it happens and may it be a grand affair.

On and on each one is made,
Lost one by one in each raid.
Toiling in fire, the forge its flame,
Into Brand's armies, they will rain.
On and on the mold is filled,
One more shav with it killed.
In the field stuck fast and true,
When will the final cost come due?

Lay the dead in gruesome piles,
At the gates and before the walls,

A very open, honest and blunt woman. With a similar history as my own, we are well on the way to becoming fast friends and promising adventures. She has a flare for life that only rivals his own and she doesn't mind getting tossed around, though asking Max to do it is something, not many would do or could win against in a wrestling match. Looking to have a good drink with her anytime she is thirsty.

Before the siege...
There is tension int he air and many worry about the coming siege if it happens to become such. Who will make it, who won't, will we stop the Bringers form breaking into the city and setting it to burn. I cannot see this happening, surely they will be stopped and the greatest City in the land will find itself past such dire times. Hope, the will and the skills of those that prepare for it are what will save us all... and if not I've warn those to run to the Thracian port and find refuge on a ship if the city is breached. The ships might be the only way to save some if that does happen and will also be the saddest time, watching Arx burn from the waters.

A man that loves his wife very much to have a warrior of renown to wear armor I will be forging. It shows even in his stoic and proper air, love is there and how he wishes to be sure she is safe when she is in battle. The tip was nice as well and I shall make sure that it is everything he has imagined for his wife to wear and inspire those around her while wearing it and with the new weapon to wield also.

Relationship Note on Valencia
Truly the inspiration for the city itself. A lovely event and I was glad I could help the Princess of Redrain with my work. I'm also glad she loves the gift Ariel commissioned for her. It was a delight to work on the hairpins for such a wonderful woman as she is. Congratulations on your success and to the future of the Golden Hart.
