Relationship Note on Echo
Life teaches a lot of things, one being that you can find a good friend in the most interesting circumstances. When Princess Reese was giving away things I went to get books and things for Percy and a few others. I ended up meeting Echo who offered to help me take things back. It was very sweet of her and I have found myself becoming fast friends with her. I know that my other friends will enjoy her company as well.
I hope to be able to introduce them soon. She has gotten to meet Alis already! I think she will fit in greatly with our little group of friends!
Also she made me an Elk charm after getting to see my Elk! It was quite sweet of her.

Cristoph and Nicia,
Thank you for the very entertaining Masquerade! I enjoyed it greatly, especially the part where the fierce tigress was tossed into the water. It was definitely worth having all those feathers woven into my hair for my costume! Also I got to dress up as an owl just to be a brat to my brother! So you know that was an added bonus!

Relationship Note on Joslyn
I finally got a chance to spar with Joslyn and it was great. She hits really hard! I have something to work towards that is for certain. I really enjoyed the time we spent together, hopefully we can perhaps hang out again or I can spar with her when I have trained a bit more!

I got to spend time with two of my favorite ladies, Shae and Ellara. We had a fun time talking and having fun though I keep trying to insist to Ellara my hair is not a grabby toy. She apparently disagrees with me. Vex also seems to think that he needs to watch us around his human. Every time Ellara made any eye contact with him or noises in his direction he would strut across my desk as if he were the best and baddest pygmy owl EVER.
Also Gaston came to visit so it kind of felt like a party.

Relationship Note on Athaur
I have to say that I am enjoying getting to know Athaur Rivenshari, he has so far shown himself to care for his people, to put them before himself and yet he also seems to know how to have fun. He was showing me how to play card games. I believe he also promised to show me how to play board games at some point. I think I will hold him to that.

Relationship Note on Caelis
I have found that so far Valardin weddings have been rather exciting. Okay some parts of them have been. Such as coming back from Alis and Fia's wedding. As well as being there when You wed Edain. I know that I am not always the most proper person when it comes to titles and things of that nature but know that I am a loyal person. I was honored to be there to not only fight by your sides but to witness the oaths taken between the two of you.
I am sure much to Edain's exasperation I often will act as his bodyguard even if he swears he doesn't need one. I do so because I respect him greatly. I just wanted you to know that my loyalty and my sword is now yours as well. Welcome into Valardin, Caelis. I hope that you find us to be a welcoming family. If not let me know who is giving you issues so that my sword and I might have a polite conversation with them.

Relationship Note on Reigna
I am truly honored to be called family by you Reigna, as well as Shae and Kael. (sorry for not using titles, I probably should pay more attention to that.)
Know that Shae is a sister to me as much as Alis is. I have never seen Alis as a sister in law, I have seen her as my sister, the woman who loves my brother fiercely and loves her friends and family fiercely. A woman who loves the people she has sworn to protect fiercely. Never once did I ever consider her to not be related only by marriage. We are related by so much more than that. We have a bond not just through Fia but with one another and I would like to believe the same of Shae. That she and I have a bond and that I can call her my sister. I love Shae with all my heart the way I love Alis with all my heart. She is family forever and I would back her up whenever she has need of it. I know she can take care of herself, she is quite capable and in fact has a strong spirit while also being a ray of sunshine as well as someone you can always count on to have your back.
Being welcomed into your home leaves me, as I said above, feeling very honored. I hope that you know that you are now family too. You and Kael are more than welcome to come by the lodge anytime. In fact I would love to have an informal dinner if possible! As for training you once Squall is born well I would love nothing more than to give you the knowledge I have. I can not express to you how grateful I am for how you helped me the other night. When we came back from releasing the spirit of it's duty you helped heal me. I know we've only met twice and you have welcomed me into your home as if I were an old friend or a family member.

Firstly I am glad that we got the armband off of Gaston.
Secondly Gaston: If you ever put a random piece of jewelry from an enchanted forest and put it on again I am going to slap you with my sword I swear to the Gods!
We laid to rest a spirit who was a guardian of a forest and it was with a heavy heart to have to do such a thing. This person gave his life to be a guardian in this forest for Petrichor. Decisions like this should never be easy and it wasn't but it still angers me that someone would chop everything up and that they destroyed all of that sacrifice and that work for trinkets.
I also understand that they felt that they had no options left but I just..I just feel that there were options and they couldn't see it.
My heart is just heavy for this entire situation. Nothing about it was black or white. Every moment was a choice and we did the best that we could each time we had to make a choice. I hope that the Gods, Old Gods and the Spirits understand our choices and understand that all we wanted to do was protect the Forest for Petrichor.
It was a huge thing to see this spirit and to help release him. To thank him for the sacrifice that he gave. I hope he understood the thanks we gave to him.

Alis you have been the sister I never had, you make my brother happy and I can see that he makes you happy too. I am so very thankful the two of you found each other everyday. Just for the fact that we became friends then family.
Bringing Ellara into the world was an even greater gift than I could have imagined. She is beautiful and I know that she will have the iron will of her mother, the loving heart of her too. Relationship Note on Shae
I am not sure at what point Shae went from being an acquaintance to a friend but I am glad she has become a dear and very close friend. She is smart, funny and sunshine. Even the worst days aren't so bad when you get to be near her. I hope others appreciate just how special she is to this world.

Relationship Note on Gaston
I have found Gaston to be a good friend, a fierce fighter and someone you want having your back and not facing you across a battlefield. I know I have few that are very close to me but Gaston is one such friend.
That being said.. I can't believe you did what you did Gaston. I swear to the Gods and Spirits. I now know what it was like for Fia to have to raise me! I would kick your ass but I am pretty sure everyone else is going to do that for me.

As a belated note: I am not going to try my hand at tournaments again. I am pretty sure I would have Alis, Fia, Shae and possible others sitting on me to keep me from entering if I even thought about it.
I have more scars, that is kind of interesting. The getting hurt really badly wasn't.

Helped with a patrol the other night and we ended up having to fight some people that we had hoped just to be able to talk to. Some are dead, some left. There were cats that were tainted that had to be put down. I may not be as good with animals as some in the group were but the loss is still there. I hate that we have yet to find a way to pull the taint out of an animal or person.
We did what we had to do but it never makes it easier.

I may have fallen asleep not long into it but the bacon picnic was the best thing EVER! Especially the face Fia made when Gaston brought pickles. I almost died laughing!
