Relationship Note on Sina
As a knight of the road, I spend so little time in the Archives or staring at the pages of books, so when someone willingly and generously assists me in gathering the much needed knowledge to move forward with a journey, I am truly grateful. Archlector Sina has offered me insight and understanding that very well may be the key I needed. Even if it isn't, what I learned may open an entirely new world of adventure.

I stood on the steps of the Cathedral and watched the inner workings crumble. But the building stayed standing. That's a marvel, isn't it? A great man was returned to the Wheel, chaos rocked our city for an evening, but the Cathedral stayed standing.

I have always been a woman of action over words, so I ask for your forgiveness if my eloquence fails me while I write this.
To become a Knight of Solace is to become a protector, a guardian, a force for Gild and her sacred tenets. The rewards of the knighthood are many, with the safety of Arvum's roads in our hands and the knowledge that we are a beacon of hope for our citizens. But the risks, too, are many. Recently, a group of our beloved knights met those risks head on. They fought valiantly to protect, to defend, and to enforce the laws of Sanctuary. They devoted their lives to the ideals of Gild, and they died bravely to protect those ideals. I honor them now, and my prayers find their names on my lips and their legacy in my heart. To the Harlequins who stood at their bedsides, who eased their pain, the Silver Order is forever grateful. May Gild continue to bless them, and may their journey to the Wheel be painless and smooth.

The House of Solace, although rocked, still stands strong for the ideals set forth by Gild. To those we lost, I pray that your journey to the Wheel is smooth and painless. To those who suffered, your sacrifices were not in vain. To those who remain standing, we will continue to protect and serve.

I would like to personally thank the maker of silly hats for bringing this man into my life.

Stillness is difficult for me, being inside for days even more so! And yet, after thirteen days in Gild's shrine, I feel refreshed and more able to tackle the injustices of the world. So many came by to offer their insight and companionship during my personal vigil, and the stories of Gild, the connections felt by so many to her guidance, certainly helped me consider my own attachment to Gild and her teachings. Thank you.

Today I continue my journey as a disciple of Gild. I was going to write 'I begin my journey,' but truth be told, I've been Gild's disciple for as long as I can remember. Now I'm just going to be a better version of that (or strive to be, anyhow).

I was taught recently that expectations and reality are not one in the same. In fact, sometimes the reality far exceeds the expectation, and that's a lesson I'd gladly learn again and again and again. And then once more, just to make certain!

I have set myself a new path - a journey toward serving Gild more fiercely and loyally than I have before. While daunting, this is the right choice. There are gaps in my knowledge, ways I could be better, and the time has come to fix that.

Relationship Note on Bhandn
On a journey to keep a merchant and his wares safe, the Knights of Solace had the pleasure of meeting a man by the name of Nathan. It is my great hope that he joins the Knights as a squire, and follows Sir Bhandn around the House of Solace speaking of finances from morning until night!

Relationship Note on Cahal
He called it a 'map to folly.' He isn't wrong, and as keep returning to it, studying the way to the Dusklight Grove, I wonder at the Folly, and the folly of humanity. If venturing there could bring restorative powers to the city, is it a risk I should take? My heart tells me yes, but I already saw the power of Cliff. I pray to Gild for guidance.

Relationship Note on Shard
I have had time to sit with my thoughts, to ruminate on them, and to decide that sometimes the harder decision must be made. I don't believe it cowardly of me to express a gratitude that I did not have to make it, but in the end a man was most likely saved from an even worse fate, and that is saying something.
