Relationship Note on Samuele
Lord Samuele Rubino, an acquaintance who I've only met on a few brief occasions, did invite me to meet him for wine and to get to actually get to know each other. Never one to decline an offer of wine and some interesting company I accepted. What could a knight and an artist talk about? As it turns out quite a bit.
I've never felt quite so acutely small than I did when in his presence. The cliche of a dull military type was certainly not true at all. His company was enjoyable and time rather flew by. He put a surprising proposal to me which I will certainly have to think over for a while.

Relationship Note on Samuele
It is strange how quickly friendships can form for me nowadays. Samuele Rubino has definitely made an impact on my life in the City both with conversations, sober or otherwise, and him demonstrating how painful that huge sword of his can be. Someone that I'd always prefer as a friend rather than a foe, after all, if that's how brutal he can be with his friends I would dread to think what happens to those who earn his ire.

Relationship Note on Samuele
Samuele is the younger brother to the Duchess Rubino. An impressively big man that makes an interesting drinking companion. Whereas I did not get completely drunk, he did need to sleep if off after. I'm finding it easier now to make connections and introduce and get introduced to people. At least he gets along with my friends that who have met him.
I plan to start testing him further soon and see what he is capable of.
