It warms my heart to hear that you have another special present coming to you. Such a thing is a beauty and a marvel. Congratulations, though I write it here in hopes that only a few eyes shall see, so that all shall be even more surprised when the day truly comes.

Relationship Note on Ouida
The Great Hunt in Fair Harbour was something I needed.
When I set out with my spear, alone in the forest islands, no crowds to cheer or jeer, no spectators or witnesses to deeds, I felt a peace come over me.
As I first picked up the trail of that White Hart, I then felt a sense of calm.
And when that beast turned, knowing he could no longer run. I felt a thrill. He died with distinction.
The end of the hunt brought the same sorrowful bliss as the finale of any hard fought victory.
For that I will be ever grateful.

Relationship Note on Ouida
Vetiver-- a touch of citrusy, bright green grass. A bouquet of fresh flowers; honeysuckle, carnation, roses, orchid. Flowers bursting bright with their fragrance as the sun comes to warm them. And a little sliver of white musk to represent the chased away cold of the night.

Relationship Note on Ouida
It is truly family whom can recall the past and the entirety of our lives and in so doing, provide the most perfect of gifts for us in such times. Lady Ouida Harthall is both as wise and intelligent as she is loyal. I fear that whomever shall fall for her will be in for quite a formidable battle.

Relationship Note on Ouida
Sometimes the act of simply having family nearby when there are struggles can be balm enough. However, as our Sword and the Minister of Defense, I do find that the Lady Ouida has been instrumental in aiding the House during our current adventures. It is good to have you with us again, dear sister and I do hope that you will continue to shine as such an example for the years to come.

Once again, my sister has proven to be an amazingly adept and perceptive individual. She has set aside so much of her own hobbies to pursue the advancement of the house and were it not for her insights on various aspects, I fear that we could have been left with a little egg on our face in the coming days. As it is, we have avoided a small set back and have turned it into a strong win for Harthall.

Relationship Note on Ouida
My dear sweet, sister, in law as she may be has proven herself adept at adapting to Arx. I think we all miss Fair Harbour but she has taken to the city with such aplomb I could not be more proud. She has been a boon to myself and her brother, one can say that the Sword of our house has more than the right amount of compassion and intelligence to wield it.
I know for certain she will only wield it when time calls for it and never before. Daily she wields her charm and of that Harthall has an abundance and she a glorious flower amongst the garden to help it shine in different seasons when the others have faded.
Ouida will only serve to help us rise and I will be glad to stand beside her.

Relationship Note on Ouida
My sister has returned and with that return she has already seen about trying to run my life. Of course I say this is the adoration that siblings share and while I admit it has been bumpy, there are many resources that I hand over to her willingly so as to have another set of eyes on the current endeavors that Harthall is expanding into.
I trust her and I am looking forward to the skills and results that she brings to the table.
