Relationship Note on Luca

I will never understand how a man can move so fluidly in combat. I suppose it does give benefits to laying around languidly. I don't think he has a skeleton.

Relationship Note on Luca

A handsom and roguish Prince. I hope he doesn't get into too much trouble.

Relationship Note on Luca

If Prince Luca ever wishes to fight naked again and secure himself that naked prince title, I will be honored to join him.

Perhaps he'll start a new fashion! Very modish, the Velenosas.

Relationship Note on Luca

Sometimes you have that one relative that drives you crazy, that you thoroughly enjoy tweaking as often as possible, mischief, social upsets, public displays of affection you -know- they will hate you for later.

And then there's Luca. The lookout when you go and dump a decapitated head into your sister's bed, the aforementioned relative you love to tease.

Luca, you are brave and daring and I appreciate your assistance in my endeavors to keep my sister humble.

I owe you a round at your favorite venue.

The Languid Prince. I hope to know him better.

Relationship Note on Luca

I wondered what he was good for when someone actually focused on him. In the melee, the only opportunity I had to see him fight, I was too fuckingpreoccupied to pay him any actual attention. My information came second hand.

He looks like a self indulgent and silken fop.

But his reputation for fighting isn't unearned, and so his success in the melee I can't consider simply the result of flukes and luck, even if that was the impression I'd been given.

Competence deserves a measure of respect, whatever else I might think of someone. It takes too many fucking thousands of hours of hard work to achieve.

Relationship Note on Luca

Luca, why. Why, Luca. You're the duellist, the champion - you're specialised in fencing, even. Where were you this past competition? I hope Ophelia had you indisposed at an impromptu tea-party and you were denied any such alcoholic beverage you were fantasising over in place of nettle soup and roasted fowl.

It's your turn at the next public tournament, your highness. I'm going to have conveniently taken extra shifts at the archduchess' side right around the time the next one is held.

You'll have no choice.

Relationship Note on Luca

My most beloved and wonderful brother, Prince Luca, can only be described as fantastic and devoted (and the first two descriptors, if one must get technical, and perhaps all the synonyms). His very presence in a room brings me a sort of unparalleled joy that I have trouble explaining. I would challenge anyone in Arx, be it man or beast, to prove otherwise and fight him. Just... in a month or two. I think he was rewarded with a hiatus.

Relationship Note on Luca

When Luca first arrived to Arx, I wasn't sure if well, it would work out for him. I wasn't impressed, at all. And until recently, I continued to have doubts about how well he would do here in this city. Not many people prove me wrong, but Prince Luca has. It seems that the devotion his sister shows for him is warranted. The man proved himself during the Grand Melee, winning the battle for House Velenosa, and doing so with a very peculiar approach to his defense. With the proper guidance and direction, but really incentives, I think the prince might achieve great things.

Relationship Note on Luca

Prince Luca Velenosa. Not quite what I expected, and yet I can see what she sees. Begrudingly, I suppose he can continue with what it is he has been doing.

Relationship Note on Luca

Yeah, I know Prince Luca Velenosa is a fox, in both the family and attractive sense. He seems bored by almost everything, but he drinks whiskey as well as I do. Yeah, I kissed him at a party. He's cute. Whatever. You would too.

Relationship Note on Luca

Prince Luca (my brother, by the way) is the most capable, entertaining, witty, handsome, and protectively delightful man in all of Arx. And his happiness means... well. Everything to me. There's never been anyone else who has quite cared and looked after my best interests as well as he has, nor indulged my fancies and hobbies without that judgmental scorn that some might possess. While some might say that he hasn't picked up his sword for awhile, it's obviously lost! What is a man to do? Pish. He might need a haircut and every tiny-tiny while a change of clothes, but he has all the makings at his disposal to be nothing but the very finest.

Relationship Note on Luca

Prince Luca is charming, though it would take a great many words and glasses of wine to put my finger on exactly why that is. He's lazy and unmotivated and in dire need of a haircut. He's also funny without being obnoxious, something many southern men are entirely inept at - 'suave' is a dying art in the Lyceum. His offering of his arm to Talen at the recent party (I'll talk more about that later) was the second most amusing moment of the evening.

Relationship Note on Luca

One might have considered Prince Luca a layabout, shirking his duty and avoiding the responsibilities he should otherwise embrace. Talen, however, had a certain degree of sympathy for the unfortunate plight of the man. With the Sword of Lenosia's own penchant for a challenge, there's appreciation for his highness' boredom. It remained then, that Talen would go out of his way to assist the nobleman's sister, her highness Princess Ophelia, in her antics to encourage life into her sibling.

Relationship Note on Luca

Dear Cousin Luca seems to have no motivation or delights in his heart. We will have to work on this. The poor boy -must- have some interests that don't involve drinking entire bottles of alcohol at a time. Could he be interested in more formal service? My gut says no, but there has to be -something-

Relationship Note on Luca

Luca seems determined to suck the enjoyment out of any room he's in. His dedication to not caring about anything or anyone would be almost admirable if it didn't tend to also make it all but impossible to get anything interesting out of the man. I think he really needs a wife, perferably a crazy one.
