I don't like to be forced to do something I don't feel comfortable doing. Then if I don't do it exactly I'm one who looks mean. I may stay inside for a while except what I have to do for work. Maybe a little staycation and have my alcohol sent to me. Perhaps I can teach Hops, have I been neglecting him to care for others ... it's possible.

The Laurent slumber party was quite a delight. It's always nice when the noble families make the efforts that everyone is able to enjoy. I'm glad to know them!

I love the Laurents but they all have scary eyes. Must be careful when around them even if everyone loves everyone. One of these days I'm going to end up dying from fright I think!

I had a good market day yesterday. Of course, the days I seem to do the best are those when I'm helping other people. This perhaps is some way the gods have of blessing people? I don't rightly know but it does certainly seem to be the case that they are my best days when I get the least from it.

I did get to see a brief stint of Lady Colette fighting. It was impressive and I see a certain gracefulness to it, like dancing, but I do prefer not injuring my partners.

Those who fight and heal do a job that needs to be done. I hate that I don't want to hear the tales but I hope they never misunderstand that. My heart is with those who sacrifice so much.

Grayson certainly has delightful princesses. They are social and never rude in spite of how varied they are. I may not be close with them but I still see their kindness and generosity.

I met Lady Miranda today and found out that she knows Lady Mikani. She was already a delightful person but that just made her shine all the more!

Lady Zoey had her new baby, I'm not especially close to babies and children since they are far too unpredictable but I do find it such a delightful thing and I am ever so happy for her!

I did float a while, it was terrifying for a while but Lady Mikani assured me there was nothing under the water that would eat me (at least right then.) It wasn't so bad by the end.

The world is a very dark place but people can make it so much brighter. I must do my part to make the world a better place. Sometimes that is by looking fabulous and other times it's providing people's needs. I'm fortunate to be in a place to help the needy. I have not forgotten you Baby Weegs.

I don't often feel as though I can take a celebratory night and just remove all thoughts of serving but I have had the opportunity this weekand. I would dare say I well deserved it!

I love people and want them to get along. I often want to do anything to bring people together but sometimes just don't know how. They just don't want to resolve or don't know how and I can't fix it. This makes me very sad.

I met the most delightful Lady, Monique Greenmarch. She's oh so interesting. I can only imagine how many people are beating down her doors to talk to her. This is why it's good to get out into the city! The city is filled with people waiting to be discovered.

The delightful thing about being vague in your journals is that if you read your own journals later without looking at who wrote it it makes you wonder who or what they are talking about. Later when you realize it is your own it lets you wonder, "I wonder who or what I was writing about." So delightfully funny.

I just recently heard about the slaves that were freed. It's good to know that people are out there trying to do good. I hope that they're able to manage all of the difficulties that come along with it.

I had the opportunity to speak with Lady Mikani yesterday and I am seriously considering taking oaths to the Crovane family. I have my concerns but I care about the family enough to take the risk but I do want to make certain I do the right thing here and not just try to make someone happy.
