However, if the role of Admiral comes with an allowance paid in that new Artshall tweed and honeysilk, I'd be tempted to accept the post. The wonderful materials and fabrics you've brought to market with various, very talented craftspeople, are all wonderful. You should be commended for your efforts and if it's not already, your name really ought to be synonymous with Oathlands fashion.

I am far from an expert on beekeeping, compared to those at House Laurent, but, I believe the solider bees are the bees that sting. A type of working honeybee.
You may find it particularly interesting that, at least according to what I have learned, the stinging bees are always the female of the species.

Even as I pray for victory against a dreadful foe, I am reminded of my frailty.
Lady Mabelle visited the palazzo once after my wife had been lost at sea. To say I drank in my despair is an understatement, and, but for my sister, I would have been driven to even wilder acts of dissipation and self-destruction. Yet on that moonlit evening, Lady Mabelle sat at the marquessa's clavichord, and the fair fingers of the Lady of Artshall breathed into life a memory of Imogene so vivid, I believed myself departed - given some brief glimpse of Elysia before being dragged to the Abyss to suffer for my crimes.
Such sorrow spilled from my soul as I've not felt before or since, and yet with her melody, by small degrees, Lady Mabelle transformed darkness into light, distress into peace, and despair into a faint but invincible hope. How can one who claims a pirate's crown, who sails with the Black Fleet to face a great power of Eurus be so easily defeated? Yet that surrender has saved my life.
