Relationship Note on Dagon

It is a privilaged position to be allowed to be able to dream about 'doing things better', about reforming the whole of everything. Sometimes I do not think he knows what a danger he is to himself and the family.

Relationship Note on Dagon

An interesting man and the heir apparent of House Thrax. I met him once or twice, and he seemed like quite the man of esteem and surprising warmth. I doubt he'd ever truly notice me, but maybe one day even the highest nobles in all of Arvum will invite me to their distinguished balls. I can dream, at least.

Relationship Note on Dagon

Prince Dagon Thrax is... exceptionally formal. While often times when someone is formal and stately, I want to kind of cut loose and make quips to provide that counterbalance, in the rare times I've been graced by his company, I feel like playing the waters like I usually do is too bold in comparison? I imagine he's a joy when he lets loose and I certainly hope he has that outlet. I can only imagine that at some point such staunch formality has to wear on him too, thinking that perhaps it's all pompous and idiotic, yet seeking that accord all the same. But maybe that's truly his way? He's clearly bright and intelligent, ridiculously handsome to pair with it, but where is the storm? Granted, he must think I'm the most boring commoner ever. I was so clueless as to how to approach him, I just laid it on so thick I'm going to bathing off the butter for weeks to come. But how else do you approach something like that?

Relationship Note on Dagon

We had too little time to talk. All I know is that we both enjoy Lenosian wine, both speak fairly, and are both all-too-careful when it comes to our personal security.

Most importantly, he appears not to gamble.

I wonder how he relaxes.

Surely he does relax?

Relationship Note on Dagon

I like Dagon. He seems more interested in cooperating with the other Houses than he is in destroying them. As for his chivalric code, well, it seems like far too much work to me. Still, I don't have to understand why he would want to pin himself down with all of those rules to understand that he wants to do the right thing. That is enough for me.

Relationship Note on Dagon

Prince Dagon Thrax. What can I say about the future Prince of Maelstrom that hasn't been said before? He's tall, handsome, dashing, chivalrous. He's something of an enigma when it comes to the men of House Thrax. They pride themselves on being rough and gruff, or just warmongering brutes. Dagon doesn't seem to be that sort of man. Looks can be deceiving, though. I'm looking forward to peeling off all those layers.. to figure out if he's truly Thraxian deep down.

Relationship Note on Dagon

When Margot was very young she always assumed she, the daughter of the greatest Duke in the Isles would wed Dagon, the handsome young grandson of the terrifying Prince Donrai. She thought she would lead by his side and be a princess and while he went off and conquered pirates and won wars she would stay home and raise their children and run Maelstrom. It was a lovely little fairytale that very well might have come true had her father not decided he wanted Maelstrom for himself. After her whole family was murdered and she did end up living in the Thrax stronghold, Dagon, idealistic as he is, was one of the few safe harbors for her, and thankfully as a child himself did not have any Tyde blood on his hands. Over the years rather than thinking of a future together romantically Margot's come to think of Dagon as a replacement for her lost brothers. She's protective of him in a way and on one hand wishes he could allow him to have his idealist ways as long as possible but knows also that his safety and well being depends on him shedding them sooner than later.

Relationship Note on Dagon

A Thraxian Lord, quite unlike what she would expect. He seems eager to hear what she has to say, even if he does have a difficult time processing the words, poor thing. He might have some potential, and only time will tell if he will be worth Isolde's time.

Relationship Note on Dagon

I support my family, even the willfully delusional of them. He still has time to wisen up a little bit, and embrace the Thraxian in him.

Relationship Note on Dagon

My cousin Prince Dagon, from the times we spoke, a good and honorable man that cares about many of the same things I do, and is very much like his father, Elton, from the little I remember of my uncle. It is my fond hope that he does become the new high lord of House Thrax after our grandfather finally dies and releases his tyrannical hold. Thrax, and the rest of Arvum, would be better for it.
