Relationship Note on Alban
My Lord, there are oftentimes more options than we see at first glance. If you're interested, I'd be happy to help you see new options, or sort out the ones you have.

Highness, these are good words. Balance is key. One of the foremost precepts of Tehom is balance - to not be overruled by virtue or vice, but to hold both equal and use them to accomplish one's good ends.
I am so pleased to see you strive to embrace this ideal.

Relationship Note on Rinel
Sister Rinel, I'm concerned there's a significant misspelling in your recent journal entry. You said "Twelve," but I'm certain you meant "Thirteen" as there are, after all, more than twelve in the Pantheon.
You might want to consider correcting the oversight.

I disagree. To criticize someone's work is to help them propel their craft to the next level of excellence. An artist who does not hear an evaluation of their work will be stunted in development of their talent.
To truly be excellent, one must first have faced honest criticism. Otherwise, how will they improve?
Now, criticism has a time and place, and a manner and style. Offered outside of these four categories, it's unkind and probably inappropriate.

Silence can be profitable. It is in silence that, at times, we learn the most from our reflections.
You are welcome to join others at the Shrine. We'll respect your desire for silence and push you to speak meaningful words.

So much to read in these journals. The wealth of information people just throw out there and then ignore - revelations they could have about themselves if they would just take a moment to explore them.
I see that I have work to do. My sabbatical of study and reflection has been profitable for me, but I am meant to be out in the world.

Cast into the shape of a blade, steel finds purpose in the spilling of blood.
What virtue did it posses before the forging? What censure can be made after, for deeds suitable to it's aim?
A rebated sword might be consigned to the smelter and recast into another form, but what of a rebated soul? What then, Virtue? What Censure?
Judgment by the Gods waits for each of us, on the other side of the Mirror. But go look now, and try to find another name for what you see.

Please note that the scholars may take some time preparing your journal for others to read.
