Relationship Note on Joscelin
The Guildmistress of the Crafter's Guild is a pleasant, charming woman with an excellent sense of humor. She clearly understands the difference between art for art's sake and art that pleases, and the range between. We had an excellent afternoon conversation and I'm glad to know her. And she's the first to help my plans for what I hope is a fun evening at the Deepwood Manor. All in all, a wonderful first meeting indeed.

Relationship Note on Samantha
I'm not sure what I expected of our Marquessa. She was warm and welcoming, by turns shy and straightforward. The Deepwood family has roots here now, and I think we'll enjoy our stay here. I'll admit I wasn't too sure about making the trip but I'm excited now as possibilities open up for all of us. She welcomed us home and it really feels like we're here to stay.

Relationship Note on Wynna
On a walk through Arx to try to get a feel for the scope and hum of the city proper, I met a woman named Wynna. As it turns out she's a scholar in training and an explorer by choice - I'll have to introduce her to Emily and Jessa. She seems like a pleasant enough woman and it would be very nice for Emily to meet someone who shares that same need to see what's just over the horizon. I'll have to schedule time for a family and friends dinner of sorts, I suppose.
