Relationship Note on Dagon

Dagon. My big brother. Tis so warming to my heart to be in his presence once more; to take in his sweet nature, that which is a warm echo of that of our parents. He disassembles my darkest thoughts with his easy words, so thoroughly that I may simply forget all the woes of Arvum outside of our walls. I wish to make him proud--not perhaps with the same desperation as I do Donella, but as I would want mother and father to. And I wish to be of comfort, too. I must wear my smile freely, even when my fears work to mute it.

Relationship Note on Dagon

Thraxian. A swordsman to make our people proud. And the heir. Hisself makes no mistakes. He has a fire within him. When it comes time to do the killing for him I shall bring the fury and cold murder to compliment his will.

Relationship Note on Dagon

He's a fair and honest member of the royal family of Thrax. A good man with a good reputation.

Relationship Note on Dagon

It is released that we are to be wed. There is still much to do, but I suppose I could speak more on my thoughts about him. I find Dagon Thrax to be a man worthy of my respect as well as one that I am happy to spend my next years with as his wife. May the Gods watch over him and bless us.

Relationship Note on Dagon

Here is a Prince at least working against the stereotype the North has against Thrax; he didn't outright threaten to thrall me when it was suggested I cross-train and shadow some of his men on his ship. He even approached me to meet later concerning it. Though, he did say that I should stab the first man that grabs me to earn their respect? I guess he has yet to hear the rumor in Northern taverns that I have gelded a man for less. Complete rumor though, that. Completely.

Relationship Note on Dagon

The more time I spend with the man, the more I see sides of him that I did not before. This is not a bad thing. I find myself enjoying his presence and sometimes seeking his insight. I am sure from here, my respect can only grow.

Relationship Note on Dagon

I am not even certain what I was expecting when I bid him to be my escort for the camping trip. Then the man had the nerve to stand me up and not attend to me on the way there. I was close to livid. Truly.

However, it seems that he arrived early to help to settle his people. I could not fault that. Well. I could. I have just made the decision to be above that and forgive him. Mainly as he was a delightful escort from the point I arrived to the point we left.

Shockingly delightful actually. I believe I actually got him to laugh instead of just smile. A rarity in Thraxians -- unless they are laughing at you. The second day of festivities when we went to the beach was actually the most enlightening to the man. I believe I will keep him in my rotation of escorts.

I still expect to see the treasure, My Dragon.

Relationship Note on Dagon

My younger brother, heir to the Thrax line. He is everything a prince and heir should be, and much admired both for his social grace and his fencing skill. I think he is even starting to appreciate the advantages of the Thrax identity, though he hasn't let go of his lander ideals. That's alright. That is what I am for. I would pull down the sky to protect him. Was there ever a brother and sister whose fates are so bound up together as are ours?

Relationship Note on Dagon

He was a delightful companion tonight at the Lyceum gala, and he pulled off the mask I had commissioned for him rather well. I don't know quite yet what to make of the Thraxian prince, and only more encounters and time will aid with that.

Relationship Note on Dagon

I've encountered this Thraxian prince a small number of times. He is both chivalrous and unnervingly honorific. I have no real opinion of him yet, as we've hardly spoken for any real great length of time. Should that change, however, I would most welcome it.

Relationship Note on Dagon

A Prince of House Thrax, and a curious one at that. I wasn't expecting to see at my ritual, but there he was and even posed a few questions if I call (though the event and following night were a blur). I do remember the man stepping close as it came to a culmination, perhaps too closely to make the Redrain guards and my cousins comfortable. I hear there was a close eye kept on him. Others stayed where they sat, but he dared to come closer. That alone merits at least one audience to see -what- exactly he is curious about.

Idealistic, kind, but not without a political bent. I will have to remember that about Prince Dagon Thrax. Regardless, I thought I saw some little interest in my cousin, perhaps? And she in him.

Relationship Note on Dagon

A prince of the Thrax and one of the few competitors at the fencing competition actually worth their salt. As well as the ships they build, the islanders breed good warriors.

It's no wonder why the Velenosa-Thrax alliances are often strong. Pretty, smart women and strong, bold men oft make good matches and it helps that fat merchant vessels need well-armed military galleons to escort them.

Perhaps he'll earn himself a bride from within the Lyceum someday. Either way, he's begun to earn my respect.

Prince Dagon Thrax, heir to the Maelstrom. He's quite considerate. Said I needed shoes. I didn't think to tell him I do have shoes.

Relationship Note on Dagon

I spent last evening walking with Prince Dagon. He was quite good company, even if he was constantly distracted by messengers and he seems fond of my sister. I believe that I left a favorable impression of my people, if nothing else.

Relationship Note on Dagon

My younger brother. He's everything a prince and heir should be-- if that prince were not born to the Thrax. He was indulged with fantastic tales of knights and quests, honor and chivalry, his head stuffed with fluff while I was learning everything that would have actually been USEFUL for him to know. Only I can't inherit. What were my parents thinking of? I have to help him, and protect him, until he can be the man we need him to be.

Relationship Note on Dagon

Lord Dagon Thrax is a future of house Thrax. He is wise and intelligent. He is very gallant and loyal. I admire his devotion to his family and their vassals. Prince Donrai Thrax must be very proud of his grandson who is a true image of respectful and respect-worth nobleman.
