One stands down, one rises

With Prince Fiachra stepping down, I have decided to name Lady Monique to Voice once more, pairing her with Lady Eirlys to act for the family. Lady Ianna has agreed to step in as an Assistant to the Voices, helping them how and where she can, while also learning the steps one must take in order to be a Voice, should this need arise again.
