Warlord and Second Voice of Thrax

From the office of High Lord Victus Thrax.
Due to suspicious circumstances in which a prison vessel was lost at sea, Prince Abbas Thrax as of today will no longer be considered the Warlord of Thrax. His command of the Mourning Isles' military forces is stripped. Furthermore, he will submit to public flagellation within the Fortress of the Maelstrom before he will rejoin the ranks of our military.
Duke Harald Grimhall is hereby proclaimed the new acting Warlord of Thrax. After his actions in the Battle of a Thousand Stings and his years of military competence, Thrax can think of no one better to serve in this regard.
Lastly, Princess-consort Alarissa Thrax shall be named as my second Voice. From this day forward her words carry the authority of the High Lord and shall be granted the same respect due. She is wise and graceful, and she will be a true woman of the salt yet.
