Betrothal: House Velenosa and House Fidante

As a father, it is a bittersweet feeling to make announcements such as this. My daughter, will always be my daughter, but my daughter is also the Grand Duchess of the Lyceum and the time has come for her to take a husband.
It is my duty and my honor as the Voice of House Velenosa, to announce on this day, 8/11/1005 AR the betrothal between Her Grace, Grand Duchess Esera Velenosa and the honorable, Duke Leo Fidante. Upon their marriage, Duke Leo will renounce his claim to Tor, in order to join House Velenosa as Her Grace's husband. Please join me in congratulating both my daughter, and my future son in law, and let their marriage serve as a beacon of hope that illuminates all of the Lyceum, during these troubled times.
May the gods bless their union and guide them, as they prepare to embark on this new journey together. May they grant them the wisdom and health to rule justly, for many years to come.
