Charitable actions

So a very common action people are doing are big acts of charity towards groups. I think to try to save GM time and workload, I'd like to direct these towards the @donate command, which always goes towards NPC members of those groups. If someone is trying to donate to the poor of Arx, then the Faith of the Pantheon or another charitable organization is a proper @donate target. If someone is trying to donate to the well being of vassals of an area, then donating to the house that owns the area. The organization or PC members of those orgs never get the money used by donate, just the NPCs do.
