The actions of some Thraxian princes at the Assembly make people wince in anticipation. What sort of idiot curses out the Assembly of peers and storms out like a jilted date? What sort of man makes veiled threats at a Duchess for questioning such behavior? Donrai wouldn't have tolerated it, after all, and if this is the sort of behavior they can expect from Victus' Thrax's reign, it does not reassure them.
