Library Donation

Over the course of years, Raja Culler organized the Lower Boroughs in the creation of a large, reputable library in the Lower Boroughs. Since it's establishment, it's served as a valuable asset to the cause of learning in the city, and Raja announced in collaboration with the Archscholar of Vellichor, that the library has been turned over to the Vellichorians care. The Faith and the populace at large, particularly in the Lowers, greatly appreciate it.
