Details are still extremely scarce, but word spreads through the city of Arx that Prince Donrai Thrax, Prince of Maelstrom and Highlord of the Mourning Isles has been assassinated. At the discovery of his body in the Crosses by his loving family, apparently stabbed through the heart, a brief panic spread through the Ward of House Thrax. There's scattered reports of fighting, and what might have been a massacre of thralls at the gate to the Ward of House Thrax, but traditional respect for the sovereignty of the great house wards has kept Iron Guard or the Inquisition from any immediate official action. More information, it is presumed, will be forthcoming.
